Abstract:
PURPOSE: A non-halogen group environment-friendly flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition is provided to secure the transparency and the workability, and the excellent flame-retardant property, and to prevent halogen group gas from generating. CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight formed with 10~90wt% of linear polycarbonate resin, and 10~90wt% of branched polycarbonate resin; 0.01~20 parts of phosphoric acid ester compound by weight marked with chemical formula 1; and 0.1~10 parts of phosphazene compound by weight marked with chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R4, and R5 are an aryl group with C6~C20, an akyl group with C1~C20, or a substituted aryl group with C6~C20, respectively. R3 is an aryl group with C6~C30, the akyl group with C1~C20, or a substituted aryl group with C6~C20.

PURPOSE: A non-halogen polycarbonate resin composition is provided to ensure transparency, fire retardant characteristic, and mechanical strength, excellent shock resistance, thermal stability, impact resistance, and appearance property. CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of 60~90 weight% of thermoplastic linear polycarbonate resin and 10~40 weight% of thermoplastic branched polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.5~10 parts by weight of branched vinyl aromatic resin, (C) 5~20 parts by weight of oligomer type phosphate ester compound derived from a bisphenol-A represented by chemical formula 1 or mixture thereof, and (D) 0.1-10 parts by weight of cyclic phosphagen compound represented by chemical formula 2.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to secure the fire retardant property, the mobility, and the workability of the composition, and to use the composition for an interior and exterior decorative material of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition contains 100 parts of base resin by weight, and 1~50 parts of flame retardant by weight. The base resin includes 65~99wt% of polycarbonate resin, and 1~35wt% of (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer with the weight average molecular weight of 5,000~30,000 grams per mol. The (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer is produced by polymerizing 80~99wt% of methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, and 1~20wt% of monomer capable of radical polymerizing with the methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to obtain excellent the balance of properties including flame retardant property, transparency, a mechanical strength, heat resistance, and mobility by applying an aromatic vinyl polymer, a phosphate ester compound, and tris(halogen-substituted phenoxy)-s-triazine to the polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 1-15 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl polymer having an average molecular weight of 1.9×10^5-4.5×10^8 g/mol; 5-20 parts by weight of an oligomeric phosphate ester compound which is induced from a bisphenol-A which is marked as a chemical formula 1; and 1-12 parts by weight of tris(halogen-substituted phenoxy)-s-triazine. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is an alkyl group with C1-C10, an aryl group with C6-C20, and an aryl group which is substituted with an alkyl group having C1-C10.
