Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing near infrared photosensitizer organic nanoparticles of aqueous dispersion and a photodynamic therapeutic agent containing the same are provided to ensure low toxicity and to induce cancer cell apoptosis in vivo or in vitro. CONSTITUTION: A nano-photosensitizer of aqueous dispersion contains: a core with a photosensitizer; bio-affinity polymers covering the core; and water. The core further comprises a heavy-atomic dispersion agent corresponding to the photosensitizer. The heavy-atomic dispersion agent is a hydrophobic molecule containing iodine or heavy metals. The wavelength of the photosensitizer is 500-900 nm. A photodynamic therapeutic agent contains the nano-photosensitizer.

PURPOSE: A hydrophobic porous material is provided to remarkably improve hydrophobic properties of surface of macroporous material and micro porous layer and to manufacture highly hydrophobic porous material with self-washing function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of improved hydrophobic porous material comprises: a step of providing a porous material with micron-scale surface roughness; a step of forming a surface of a micron-nano double structure by forming pores with forming pores of a sink shape or nanometer-scaled protrusions by plasma etching the surface of the pores ; a step of forming a hydrophobic thin film on the surface of micron-nano double structure. The pore is a sole macroporous support or consists of laminating microporous layer on a macro porous support.

PURPOSE: Aqueous-dispersed chemical-luminescent nanoparticles, a producing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to accurately and extensively diagnose active oxygen related disease by directly imaging hydrogen peroxide. CONSTITUTION: Aqueous-dispersed chemical-luminescent nanoparticles contain the following: 0.01~3wt% of core containing a hydrophobic chemical-luminescent substance; 0.5~30wt% of surfactant surrounding the core; and 67~99.49wt% water. The luminescent wavelength of the hydrophobic chemical-luminescent substance is 650~900nm. The hydrophobic chemical-luminescent substance is formed with a peroxyoxalate derivative and a fluorescent material. The surfactant is poloxamer.

본 발명은 Gd-PEI 나노겔 및 이를 포함하는 조영제 또는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 Gd-PEI 나노겔은 무정형이고 유연한 성질을 가지므로 RES 시스템을 효과적으로 통과할 수 있고, 최소한의 세포 독성을 나타내며, 우수한 인 비보 종양 표적화가 가능하므로, 조영제 및 약물 전달체로서의 높은 생의학적 잠재력을 갖는다.
