A photoelectric conversion device according to an embodiment is to facilitate the absorption of light. The embodiment provides a photoelectric conversion device which includes: a first substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer arranged on the upper part of a first substrate; a second substrate different from the first substrate and arranged on the photoelectric conversion layer; and a nanopillar layer arranged on the upper part of the second substrate. The nanopillar layer includes nanopillars which are separated from each other.

PURPOSE: A light detector element successively absorbs lights ranging from a light with small energy to a light with large energy, and thus improves optical absorption efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric transformation layer (200) is interposed between a lower and upper part carrier transport layers. A common electrode (130) is arranged on the upper carrier transport layer. The photoelectric transformation layer comprises multiple light absorption layers. The light absorption layers contain silicon nanocrystals. The size of the silicon nanocrystals is different from each other.

PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for controlling waking assist robot is provided to assist the walk of a user by recognizing the walking intention of a user by using electromyography signals. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for controlling waking assist robot comprises a sensor unit(110), a generating unit(120), and a control unit(130). The sensor unit comprises an electromyography sensor, and an analysis part(112). The electromyography sensor is attached to a human body for obtain signals. The analysis section analyzes signals generated from the sensor unit. The signal generating unit generates a walk intention signal by sensing the contraction change of muscle over specific value through electromyography signal. The control unit set and controls the walking mode of the waking assist robot through the generated signal.

PURPOSE: A multi-sensor signal data processing system, a walking supporting apparatus comprising the system, and a method for controlling the apparatus are provided to help walking of a user by sensing user's walking intension and walking in real time. CONSTITUTION: A multi-sensor signal data processing system comprises: a wire/wireless communication unit(142) which receives a first sensor signal corresponding to the power applied to the left palm, a second sensor signal corresponding to the power applied to the right palm, a third sensor signal corresponding to the power applied to the left plantar, and a fourth sensor signal corresponding to the power applied to the right plantar; a sensor information processor(146) outputting a walking intention signal if user's walking intention is confirmed; and a controller(148) generating a necessary driving signal.

The present invention relates to an emotion-controlling driving wheel device and a method thereof capable of recognizing and analyzing the emotional status of a driver by measuring the expression, voice, and bio-signals of the driver and helping the driver to control his or her emotion to compose himself or herself. The driver emotion-controlling device according to the present invention includes an emotion sensor unit for collecting bio-signals from a driver and generating bio-data based on the collected bio-signals; a user memory unit which stores driver information including bio-signals corresponding to each emotional state of the driver and multiple corresponding contents and delivers the driver information and the corresponding contents according to the received request; and an emotion-managing unit which determines the emotional state of the driver based on the driver information from the user memory unit and the bio-data from the emotion sensor unit, requests the user memory unit for the corresponding contents corresponding to the decided emotional state of the driver, and provides the user with the contents from the user memory unit.

The present invention relates to an object recognition device and an object recognition method by sight attention concentration based on cognitive function of a person.
