Abstract:
연약 철도노반 또는 불량 철도노반의 콘크리트궤도 또는 자갈궤도의 보강을 위해 전기폭발에 의한 플라즈마 팽창, 유압 또는 공압에 의한 확공을 이용함으로써 철도노반을 신속하게 보강할 수 있고, 또한, 콘크리트궤도 또는 자갈궤도에서 소구경의 천공으로 궤도 손상을 최소화할 수 있는, 철도노반 보강 방법 및 이에 의해 보강된 구조물이 제공된다. 철도노반 보강 방법은, a) 철도노반의 궤도 하부의 지중에 소정 직경의 천공경을 형성하는 단계; b) 주변지반이 확공되도록 지중에서 천공경을 확공하고, 확공재를 주입하여 제1 확공부를 형성하는 단계; c) 제1 확공부의 주변지반의 붕괴를 방지하도록 상기 제1 확공부에 콘크리트를 주입하는 단계; d) 콘크리트가 주입된 제1 확공부의 상면에 다음 확공부를 형성하는 단계; e) 궤도의 하면까지 확공부를 반복적으로 형성하면서 콘크리트를 주입하는 단계; 및 f) 주입된 콘크리트에 보강철근을 삽입하여 철도노반 보강기초를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.

본 발명은 전기로 산화슬래그를 이용한 콘크리트 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 2차 제품에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전기로 산화슬래그 굵은 골재 및 잔골재를 단독 또는 혼합으로 사용하고, 포졸란계 혼화제를 포함하는 시멘트 및 물을 포함하여 구성되며, 특정 자극제를 특정의 함량으로 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물 및 2차 가공물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 조성물은 특정 자극제의 효과로서 초기 경화가 촉진되는 동시에 해수 및 오염수 등에 대한 저항성이 향상되어 컬버트나 방파제 블록, 수로관 등에 사용되기 적합하다.

PURPOSE: A tunnel concrete lining construction form structure using a heating form through microwaves and a tunnel concrete lining construction method using the same are provided to significantly shorten an overall construction period by shortening the curing and hydration time of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel concrete lining construction form structure comprises a form body (35), a heating form (100), and a controller. The heating form is inserted into the partition (36) of the form body and is attached to the panel of the partition. The controller supplies power to the heating form and controls the temperature of the heating form. The heating form is heated by microwaves and comprises a microwaves generator, a waveguide, a housing, and heating system.

PURPOSE: A heating form using microwaves for constructing bridge foundations is provided to heat a form by being installed in the external partition of a steel form. CONSTITUTION: A heating form using microwaves for constructing bridge foundations comprises a microwave generator(15), a wave guide tube, a housing(17), and a heating unit(18). The wave guide tube delivers the microwaves from the microwave generator to the housing. The housing diffusely reflects the microwaves delivered to the wave guide tube. The heating unit generates heat by absorbing the diffusely reflected microwaves to heat the surface of heating object concrete.

PURPOSE: A heavy weight concrete composition using slag by-product is provided to improve strength, durability, and environmental features which are required for heavy weight concrete product. CONSTITUTION: A heavy weight concrete composition using slag by-product comprises 42-67 parts by weight of granulated blast-furnace slag, 290-310 parts by weight of rapidly cooled electric arc furnace oxidized slag, 260-290 parts by weight of thick aggregate, and 40-45 parts by weight of water based on 100.0 parts by weight of high early strength cement. The concrete composition includes chemical admixture for concrete. The density of the rapidly cooled electric arc furnace oxidized slag is 3.3-3.8.

하부프리캐스트세그먼트의매립인서트에고장력볼트를체결하여상부프리캐스트세그먼트의매립연결박스와결합한후, 상부및 하부프리캐스트세그먼트를일체화시킴으로써, 기존의용접부위의미발생으로인한철근의변형이없고, 또한, 고장력볼트를사용하여균일한품질을확보할수 있으며, 하부및 상부프리캐스트세그먼트의이음매부를일체화함으로써내구성을향상시킬수 있고, 힌지를제거할수 있으므로철근량을절감시킬수 있는, PC 박스용상부및 하부프리캐스트세그먼트이음매장치및 그시공방법이제공된다.

링(Ring) TBM을이용하여터널을 1차로굴착하고, 수평천공장치및 기계굴착으로터널을 2차로굴착함에따라 TBM의안전성과 NATM(New Austrian Tunneling Method)의경제성의장점을겸비하여철도터널내부를안전하고경제적으로굴착할수 있으며, 터널단면의외주면을굴착하여중공부에코어부를형성함으로써굴착면의안전성을향상시킬수 있고, 또한, 터널굴착에사용되는숏크리트타설, 록볼트등의시공이생략되고터널단면의외주면만선굴착함으로써굴착반발력과굴진저항력을감소시켜굴착작업의효율을증대시킬수 있고, 디스크비트(커터)의사용량을최소화함으로써경제성을확보할수 있는, 링 TBM 및수평천공장치를이용한터널시공방법이제공된다.

The present invention relates to a high efficiency and uniformly heating system for bridge foundation construction using a microwave, and a construction method of a bridge foundation using the same, and more specifically, to a heating system for bridge foundation construction, and a construction method of a bridge foundation using the same which is capable of reducing the construction period of a bridge foundation during the time when an outdoor temperature is low by reducing the initial hydration time of the concrete placed inside the mold by heating a mold by using a heating system heated by a microwave when the bridge foundation such as a pier, an abutment, etc. is constructed. The present invention has an effect of reducing the entire construction period by reducing the curing period by reducing the initial hydration time of the concrete when the bridge foundation is constructed by using the heating system using the microwave; warm curing concrete without using a heater, a fan heater, etc. in a warm curing process; and solving the problem of unequally heating, and possibility of crack generation due to the unequally heating.

Disclosed are a device and a method for placing concrete by using high frequency inductive heat. The device includes a conductor mold and an inductive heating unit arranged on the outer surface of the conductor mold at a predetermined distance. The inductive heating unit includes a coil of a wire core shape or air core shape and a power supply unit supplying a current to the coil. The inductive heating unit also includes an attachment unit capable of easily detaching the inductive heating unit from the conductor mold. The inductive heat is generated in the conductor mold by inputting reasonable costs by using the composition so that the present invention facilitate curing and reduces processes without being influenced with external environment.
