    Abstract: A gallium amino-alkoxide composition and a process for preparing the same are provided to obtain a gallium precursor having a ligand for metallogranic chemical vaper deposition(MOCVD) or atomic layer deposition(ALD). A gallium amino-alkoxide composition is represented by the chemical formula 1. The gallium amino-alkoxide composition is obtained by reacting a compound represented by the chemical formula 5 and alkali metal salts represented by the chemical formula 6. The compound represented by the chemical formula 5 is prepared by reacting a gallium compound represented by the chemical formula 3 and alkali metal salts represented by the chemical formula 4. In the chemical formula 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, A is C2-C5 alkylene and is more substituted with at least one C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl group; R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl group; R3 is C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl group or tri (C1-C5) alkylsilyl group; M is Li, Na or K; and X is Cl, Br or I.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a manganese amino-alkoxide compound used as a manganese precursor is provided to easily produce manganese oxide and manganese even at a low temperature by coordinating dialkylamino radical to manganese. A manganese amino-alkoxide compound represented by the formula 1 is prepared by reacting manganese oxide represented by the formula 3 and amino alcohol compound represented by the formula 4. In the formula 1 and 4, A shows a linear or branched C2-C10 alkylene, which is substituted or non-substituted with halogen; and R^1 and R^2 are independently linear or branched C1-C7 alkyl, which are substituted or non-substituted with halogen.

    Abstract: A novel cobalt compound precursor material is provided to be thermally stable and show increased volatility so as to form good quality cobalt, cobalt oxide thin film and nano particles, and a compound including cobalt such as LiCoO2, LiNi1-yCoyO2, FeCo, PtCo, CoZrO2, CoCrO4, and CoCr2O4. The cobalt amino-alkoxide complex is represented by the formula(1), Co[O-A-NF^1R^2]2, and is prepared by reacting a cobalt compound represented by the formula(3), Co(NH3)5X]X2, with an amino alkoxide alkaline metal salt compound represented by the formula(4), MO-A-NR^1R^2. In the formulae, X is Cl, Br or I, M is Li, Na, or K, A is linear or branched C2-10 alkylene substituted or unsubstituted by halogen, and each R^1 and R^2 is independently linear or branched C2-7 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted by halogen.
