Abstract: PURPOSE: An outside door handle locking device is provided to improve a layout by enabling the installation of a door lock to a door latch through a connection unit so as to install a door lock higher than the upper end of a door latch. CONSTITUTION: A door latch(110) is installed inside a door, selectively engaged or separated with a ring type strike fixed to a car body and enables the opening or closing of a door. A door lock(120) consists of a key cylinder(121) and a rotary lever(122) connected to a rotor of the key cylinder, is installed to correspond to the door latch and is configured to link with a start key. A connection unit(130) separates a handle from the door latch at a specific height by being installed in between the door latch and the door lock and supporting a handle base(B). Also, an engagement unit(131a) capable of being fixed and engaged with the door latch is installed in the connection unit, a first housing(131) in which a first penetration hole(131b) in the lower part and a support bracket(132a) in which an outside handle base is installed.
