    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil discharge structure of a balance shaft module is provided to smoothly discharge oil pumped by a balance shaft out of the balance shaft module through an oil guide surface formed in a ladder frame. CONSTITUTION: An oil discharge structure of a balance shaft module comprises a balance shaft housing(11), an oil discharge hole(11a), and an oil guide structure. A balance shaft(12) is inserted in the balance shaft housing and supported to rotate. The oil discharge hole is formed in the balance shaft housing so that the oil in the balance shaft housing can be discharged by the balance shaft. The oil guide structure including an oil guide surface is formed in a ladder frame(13) installed on the top of the balance shaft housing and leads the oil discharged through the oil discharge hole to the outside of the balance shaft housing.

    Abstract: A balance shaft module with an oil pump is provided to reduce friction and abrasion between with a fear for pumping oil and the inner side of the housing with lubrication oil because the lubricating oil is filled in the groove formed with the inner side of the housing of the oil pump. A balance shaft module with an oil pump comprises a housing(200) in which the shaft in which a balance weight is mounted passes through; and a gear which is mounted on the shaft and slides on the inner surface(205) and the housing. A groove(210) is formed in the inner side of the housing in the rotational direction of the gear. The lubricating oil is filled in the groove. First and the second shaft holes(215a,215b) in which the shaft passes through are formed in the housing. The groove has a concentric circle with the shaft hole.

A balance shaft module with an oil pump comprises an inlet port(105), an outlet port(110) and a pump housing(100) with a pumping space formed between the inlet port and outlet port. A relief space(124) is formed between the pumping space and outlet port. In the relief space, a first relief flow path(115) is formed toward the pumping space.
