Abstract: PURPOSE: A low noise typed balance shaft module which can reduce the noise of a secondary oil pump is provided to reduce noise by reducing discharging pulsating pressure. CONSTITUTION: A low noise typed balance shaft module comprises a dual oil pump, an eccentricity washer and a pulsating chamber. The dual oil pump comprises a main oil pump(10) and a secondary oil pump(30). The secondary oil pump is located in the rotor which absorbs and discharges the pumped oil after circulation. An eccentricity washer forms open parts by removing outer girth in order to expand the oil path. The eccentricity washer forms a split discharging part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure of a piston ring is provided to improve sealing performance of combustion gas by unifying three piston rings and removing a gap in an incision unit of the piston ring. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a piston ring comprises a piston(20) forming a ring groove to the upper part, a retainer(31) fitted into the ring groove, a first slide ring(40), and a second slide ring(42). In the first slide ring, the inner periphery of a fitting part(41) is elastically fitted into an upper groove(34) of the retainer. In the section of the outer periphery of contacting with the wall face of a cylinder liner(25), the longest diameter is formed to the lower side and the diameter of the outer periphery is getting smaller upwardly. The second slide ring is elastically fitted into a lower groove(35) of the retainer symmetrically to the first slide ring centering around a partition(32) of the retainer.

Abstract: A rattle noise improvement apparatus of a balance shaft module is provided to effectively reduce a rattle noise generated irregularly, by using a damping force of oil. A rattle noise improvement apparatus of a balance shaft module includes a front housing(20), a boss portion(21), and a plug(22). The rotation of a crank sprocket causes rotation of an input shaft. A pair of input gears, a driver shaft, a pair of transfer gears, a driven gear, and a balance wake are sequentially rotated to attenuate a secondary unbalanced force. A front end of the driver shaft is moved to an inner side of the front housing. The boss portion is formed in the front housing. The plug is coupled to the boss portion. The plug closes a space in the front housing where a front end of the driver shaft is positioned so that a front end of the driver shaft is sunk by oil introduced from the input shaft.
