Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bio resin composition, a bio molded article, and a manufacturing method thereof, and to a bio resin composition which comprises a bio polyethylene resin, a thermoplastic olefin resin, a polypropylene resin, inorganic filler, and additionally comprises thermoplastic rubber, thereby being environmentally friendly and having physical properties such as hardness and strength of a composition, etc. which cannot be formed only by a conventional biodegradable resin above a certain level; reduces the production of volatile organic compounds to offer environmentally friendly properties; and allows the use thereof to be in diverse applications through injection molding, to a bio molded article, and to a manufacturing method thereof.

PURPOSE: Polyurethane foam comprising absorbent is provided to effectively reduce amine compounds causing bad smell and occurring yellowing to polyurethane foam, and to reduce the generation of volatile organic material at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane foam comprises porous silica adsorbent in chemical formula 1: Al_2Si_2O_5(OH)_x.M_y. In chemical formula 1, M is P, Ca, Zn, Fe, K, Mn, Mo, Ag, Mg or Ti, x is 1-5, and y is 2-7. The content of the porous silica absorbent is 0.2-0.5 weight% on the basis of total poly urethane foam.

본 발명은 압출성형용 폴리올레핀-천연섬유 복합재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리올레핀 수지, 천연섬유, 열가소성 탄성체 고무, 및 무수말레산이 그라프트된 폴리프로필렌계 상용화제를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 상용화제의 입체적 구조, 입자크기 및 말레산의 결합율 조절을 통하여 치수안정성, 기계적 물성 및 표면품질을 개선시키는 효과를 얻음으로써 압출성형품 소재로 유용한 폴리올레핀-천연섬유 복합재 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating soiling-resistance of mat product for vehicle is provided to accurately predict soiling and wear. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating soiling-resistance of mat product for vehicle comprises: a step of inputting hexapod tumbler, alloy, and pellet inside a drum; a step of mounting the drum at the rotation device for 20-50rpm for 20 to 60 minutes; and a step of rotating the drum at 20-50rpm for 40 to 80 minutes. The rotation direction of the rotation device changes every specific time. The weight of hexapod tumbler is 3-6kg.
