    Abstract: An electrode layer for a lead accumulator is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the quantity of high-priced lead used and lighten weight of the lead accumulator while maintaining excellent electrical properties. An electrode layer for a lead accumulator is prepared by laminating a lead-tin alloy(2) on both sides of a polymer composite matrix made of 30~30wt% of phenolic resin(1), 20~30wt% of aramid fiber(4) and 40~60wt% of lead powder(3). The polymer composite matrix has 500~900 micron of thickness. The lead-tin alloy contains 98~98.5wt% of lead and 1.5~2wt% of tin. The lead-tin alloy is laminated to have thickness of 200~300mum on one side. The 10~20 parts of lead-tin alloy is laminated on the 100 parts of polymer composite matrix by weight.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a fastening unit for a brake disk. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fastening unit for a brake disk which fastens a hat part to one surface of a disk includes a bush into which a fastening bolt on the disk is inserted while being fitted into a groove formed along the outer circumference of the hat part; an elastic plate located at the outer surface of the bush to be fastened to the fastening bolt by a nut and providing pressing force to make the hat part in close contact with the disk by both end portions; and a clip transferring the pressing force of the elastic plate to the hat part while disposed at both end portions of the elastic plate to be in contact with the hat part. The elastic plate includes a fastening unit which is formed into a flat surface and fixed to the bush by the fastening bolt and the nut; and an elastic unit which is bent into a curved surface at both end portions of the fastening unit and transfers the pressing force by the elastic force of the clip. The clip includes a pressing unit which is formed in the shape of a plate to be in contact with and support the outer surface of the hat part; and hinge ends integrally formed at both sides of the pressing unit and each having a protrusion to be fitted into both sides of the curved surface at the front end of the elastic unit.
