CONSTITUTION: A torque limiter(TL) of a hybrid vehicle comprises an input member(6), a torsional damper(8), a frictional mechanism(10), and an output member(12). The input member is connected to a crankshaft to receive the rotation power of an engine. The torsional damper comprises a drive plate(14), a plurality of damper spring assemblies(16), and a driven plate(18). A damper spring assembly absorbs and reduces the torsional vibration of a rotational power from a drive plate. The driven plate receives the rotational power through the damper spring. The frictional mechanism comprises a friction member(20), a pressure plate(24), and a disk spring(28). The friction member is joined to the outer diameter part of the driven plate. The pressure plate closely attaches the friction member to a front cover(22). The disk spring is interposed between the pressure plate and a rear cover(26) to provide an elastic force. The output member is connected to the rear cover to output the rotational power delivered to the frictional mechanism.
