Abstract: 본 고안은 자동차용 쇽 업소버(SHOCK ABSORBER)에 관한 것으로써, 특히 리바운드 스톱퍼를 쇽업소버의 피스톤상에서 자유롭게 축방향으로 이동가능하도록 하고, 상기 쇽업소버 피스톤의 적정부위에 숫나사부와 적정갯수의 보울트공을 형성하며, 상기 숫나사부상에 암나사가 형성된 지지브라켓을 보울트와 함께 설치하므로써 상기 지지브라켓의 축방향 이동에 따라 리바운드 스톱퍼의 위치를 변화시킬 수 있도록 하여 상기 쇽업소버의 스트로크 불량으로 인한 이상소음이나 진동이 발생되지 않도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for reducing noise of an oil pump is provided to reduce noise when an engine works within high speed range by additionally forming a separate oil hole connecting an oil input part and a pressure generating part formed in a front case. CONSTITUTION: A separate oil hole(26) is additionally formed on outside of a pump chamber(22) in an oil pump(20) to connect the middle of an oil input part(23) and the middle of a pressure generating part(25). The oil hole is formed in casting process of a front case(21). A solenoid valve(27) is mounted to the middle of the oil hole to control passing of oil to the oil hole depending on working range of an engine. The solenoid valve is opened and closed by control of an electronic control unit(28). The solenoid valve is set to allow oil to pass the oil hole when RPM of the engine exceeds set value, and not to allow oil to pass the oil hole when the RPM of the engine is lower than the set value. Some of oil inputted to the oil input part flows to the pressure generating part through the oil hole as the oil hole is opened when the engine works within high speed range so as to guide low pressure oil to a location where high pressure oil is generated and reduce pressure in the pressure generating part.
