The present invention relates to an electrically controlled variable displacement pump with an angle adjustable vane, wherein the pump controls a flow rate according to vehicle speeds and steering angles in a vehicle steering line. The present invention provides the electrically controlled variable displacement pump with an angle adjustable vane, capable of removing parts like a variable cam ring, simplifying a flow path and a structure, and reducing weight and material costs by implementing a new electrically controlled variable displacement pump which controls a discharge flow rate by controlling compressed oil of a chamber between vanes by changing the angle of the vanes installed in a cartridge according to vehicle speeds and steering angular velocity.

PURPOSE: A method using an attenuated total reflection spectroscopy for a content ratio of a polycarbonate within a PC/ASA(Polycarbonate/Acrylonitirle-Stryrene-Acrylrubber) composite material using attenuated total reflectance is provided to converts the height of a peak and a component analysis of components through a property spectral analysis of a chemical structure, thereby accurately and simply analyzing the content of the polycarbonate. CONSTITUTION: A method using an attenuated total reflection spectroscopy for a content ratio of a polycarbonate within a PC/ASA composite material using attenuated total reflectance is as follows. A property absorption peak is obtained by comparing each spectrum of the PC/ASA composite materials. The content of PC(Polycarbonate) is quantitatively measured by determining a property spectral analysis per the PC/ASA composite materials having different content of the PC. PURPOSE: A method for compensating the pulling of a vehicle using the divided compensating torque is provided to accurately compensate the pulling even though the calculation of the compensating torque and the pulled amount is inaccurate. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating the pulling of a vehicle using the divided compensating torque comprises the following steps: receiving a vehicle information signal(S001); determining the pulling of the vehicle based on the vehicle information signal, and calculating the initial compensating torque(S002); dividing the initial compensating torque into the divided compensating torque(S003); applying one of the divided compensating torque to an electromotive power steering system(S004); and re-receiving the vehicle information signal for determining the pulling for applying another one of the divided compensating torque to the electromotive power steering system if the vehicle is pulled(S005, S006).

A method for extracting the elastomer for TPV(Thermo Plastic Vulcanizate) or TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) is provided to enhance the efficiency and reliability in the SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy) photographic analysis. The TPE or TPV firstly is cut with a rod shape so that pieces(1) are manufactured. The pieces are immersed into the N-heptane solvent(3) filled with a container(2), thereafter inserted into an ultrasonic device(4) and etched and processed by the ultrasonic wave during 2 hours. When applying the ultrasonic wave, the extraction of the rubber class such as elastomer is easily performed as compared with the existing method. The complete extraction of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) in the rubber class is performed.

CONSTITUTION: A variable steering apparatus for a vehicle comprises an actuator(7), a controller(5), and a two way pump(9). The actuator is installed in the both sides of a rack bar and operated through oil pressure. The controller receives the information of a vehicle and controls the actuator. The two way pump is controlled by the controller and connected to an oil pressure actuator. The two way pump pumps oil through each oil pressure actuator.
