Abstract: PURPOSE: A slag and dross filter for cast iron added aluminium is provided to improve castability by preventing a ceramic filter from being blocked and to improve quality of the cast iron by filtering minute impurity. CONSTITUTION: A slag and dross filter for cast iron added aluminium comprises a dross filter(10) and a ceramic filter(20). The dross filter is installed to filter oxidation dross in the melted cast iron added the aluminium. The ceramic filter is installed at a lower part of the dross filter and filters the oxidation dross and slag passing through the dross filter.
