Abstract: The present invention provides a system and a method for sensing surroundings of a vehicle using moving sensors capable of rapidly and accurately sensing the movement of an object regardless of the movement of the vehicle using a vehicle camera installed to be moved back and forth at the set speed. The invention comprises: a sensor module outputting information on sensing the object around the vehicle by being installed at one side of the vehicle to be movable at the set speed; and a control module outputting a moving distance of the object through an output module by applying the speed of the sensor module, the movement of the object, and the vehicle speed.
