    Abstract: The present invention relates to a door side impact pad structure, comprising: a pad, which is arranged inside a door outer panel for vehicles and has protruding units with holes; a buffering member, which is installed in the panel; a combining member, which is integrally formed on the protruding units and formed around the holes for fixing the pad and the buffering member to the door outer panel by a volt penetrating the panel; and an inserting hole, which is formed so that the combining member penetrates through and is inserted into the buffering member. According to the present invention, provided is the door side impact pad structure where the pad and the buffering member are integrally combined for reducing injuries during collision. Also, provided is the side impact pad structure, which satisfies performances required in the two tests of intension NACP and IIHS.
