Abstract: Disclosed is a heating system for an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle heating system according to an embodiment of the present invention is used to heat the vehicle compartment in an electric vehicle driven by a driving motor driven by the power supplied from a battery. The electric vehicle heating system includes: a heat exchanger which is interconnected with the driving motor through a cooling line circulating cooling water between the heat exchanger and driving motor; a PTC which is interconnected to a battery through the cooling line and is driven by the power supply from the battery; a heat collection apparatus which cools the driving motor and stores the heat energy from the heated cooling water and is connected to the driving motor and the heat exchanger respectively through the cooling line in a serial manner; and a valve unit which is installed on the cooling line interconnecting the driving motor, heat exchanger, and the heat collection device and selectively connects the cooling line by opening and closing operations.
