Abstract: 본발명의실시예에따른하이브리드차량의제어장치는, 연료를연소시켜동력을발생시키는엔진; 상기엔진을시동시키고엔진이시동된상태에서발전기로작동하여전기에너지를생성하는 HSG; 상기엔진의동력을보조하고제동시발전기로작동하여전기에너지를생성하는모터; 상기 HSG와상기모터에서생성된전기에너지를충전하는배터리; 상기엔진과상기모터의사이에구비되는클러치; 가속페달의조작을감지하는가속페달센서; 및상기가속페달센서로부터감지된가속페달변화량을이용하여, 상기엔진, HSG, 모터, 배터리, 클러치를제어하는제어부;를포함하는하이브리드차량의제어방법에있어서, 상기제어부는가속페달센서로부터감지된가속페달의변화량이설정값보다큰지여부를판단하는단계; EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로전환할때, HSG를통해엔진을시동시키는단계; 상기엔진에서일정토크가출력되도록제어하는단계; 및엔진토크를모터토크와동기화하여클러치를결합시키는단계;를포함하는일련의명령을수행할수 있다.

Abstract: A hydraulic clutch frictionally contacts or separates to or from a power varying unit based on a hydraulic pressure produced from the depression of a clutch pedal. The hydraulic clutch enables controlling the transmission of the rotation force of the power varying unit. A power transmitter (50) transmits the rotation force through the power varying unit and the rotator in response to the clutch movement. The frictional variable transmission includes the rotator (21) rotated by the engine (11) of a vehicle. The power varying unit (31) changes a rotation force transmitted from the rotator, by moving to a predetermined direction in contact with the rotator. The hydraulic clutch (40) is arranged offset from the rotator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A friction variable transmission of a vehicle is provided to improve mechanical efficiency of power and to make the weight of a vehicle light by simplifying parts. CONSTITUTION: A friction variable transmission of a vehicle includes a rotary power unit(20) keeping rotary power produced from the engine of a vehicle, a power-variable transmitting unit(30) varying the rotary power transmitted from the rotary power unit with a side contacted to the rotary power unit, a hydraulic clutch unit(40) installed with eccentric with the rotary power unit, and a power-transmitting unit(50) geared according to the movement of the hydraulic clutch unit. The hydraulic clutch unit controls transmitting of rotary power of the power-variable transmitting unit with frictional contact or clearance with the power-variable transmitting unit by hydraulic pressure. The power-transmitting unit transmits rotary power depending on the input state of rotary power transmitted through the rotary power unit and power-variable transmitting unit. Therefore mechanical efficiency of power is improved.
