Abstract:
PURPOSE: A reducing agent freezing prevention device is provided to reduce fuel consumption of a vehicle because of no additional energy and to stably prevent freeze of urea solution semipermanently and repetitively without affecting driving condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A reducing agent freezing prevention device comprises a reducer tank(100), a latent heat material case(400), and a latent heat material. The reducer tank is comprised by filling a reducer(105) in the inside. The latent heat material case is located inside the reducer tank in order to be sunk in the reducer. The latent heat material is filled in the inside of the latent heat material case and includes a higher frozen point than the frozen point of the reducer.

본발명에서는요소수주입관이플렉시블하게휘어지도록구성되고부유체가연결됨으로써요소수주입관에구비된요소수주입밸브가요소수에잠기지않음에따라겨울철요소수주입밸브가요소수의빙결에의해파손되지않는다. 또한, 요소수주입시요소수의유동압력에의해요소수주입관이일자로펴짐에따라부유체가눌리어요소수에잠기고, 이에따라요소수주입밸브가요소수에잠김에따라요소수탱크내부로요소수가원활히주입되는차량용요소수탱크의밸브장치가소개된다.

Disclosed is a jet pump comprising a supply unit for supplying fuel in a fuel tank which includes a main tank and a subsidiary tank by a fuel pumping device; a main nozzle part which discharges the fuel received from the supply unit, has cross section formed to become gradually narrowed, and has the outer side of an end of a discharge side in connection with the main tank to suck the fuel from the main tank; and a subsidiary nozzle part which discharges fuel received from the supply unit together with the main nozzle part, has the cross section formed to become gradually narrowed, and has the outer side of an end part of a discharge side in connection with the subsidiary tank to suck the fuel from the subsidiary tank.

The present invention relates to a vehicular fuel supply apparatus. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicular fuel supply apparatus capable of preventing the unnecessary consumption of a flow rate and energy in a fuel pump; capable of solving the efficiency deterioration problem, the NVH problem, and the durability problem of the fuel pump; and capable of minimizing a noise generation problem in a jet pump, wherein the efficiency deterioration problem, the NVH problem, and the durability problem are due to the constant driving of the jet pump. The vehicular fuel supply apparatus according to the present invention is provided to accomplish the purpose, comprises: a fuel tank; the fuel pump supplying fuel from the fuel tank to an engine by pumping the fuel; and the jet pump moving the fuel after sucking the fuel from the inside of the fuel tank by a negative pressure formed by jetting the fuel, which is supplied from the fuel pump, through a jet nozzle, and further includes a shut-off unit selectively shutting off fuel supply from the fuel pump to the jet pump depending on the amount of the fuel inside the fuel tank.
