    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are process for producing recycled resin composition with renewed physical property by adding various additives to GMT(glass mat thermoplastic) and compounding the obtained material into the recycled resin composition, and the produced composition. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of washing used GMT with high pressure water under controlled temperature then drying the washed GMT for constant time period; breaking and grinding dried GMT; mixing the ground GMT base material with alternative GMT and compatible polymer; introducing the mixture into an extruder then melting and blending the mixture; and extruding the molten material then cutting the regenerated resin product into pellets. The polymer added to the GMT base material is any one of olefine resin or TPE.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for modifying the surface of waste rubber by using a corona discharging treatment, by which the surface of the waste rubber is activated and the waste rubber has an excellent mixing-ability with other material, therefore, the recycled rubber is obtained by mixing the waste rubber with pure rubber. CONSTITUTION: The surface of the waste rubber is modified by moving the waste rubber powder at a uniform velocity of 10-15cm/sec and simultaneously performing the corona discharging treatment with an output of 10-12KV for 300-400 seconds. And the recycled rubber is produced by mixing 100pts.wt. of the pure rubber with 10phr pts.wt. of the surface-modified waste rubber powder having a particle size of 10-400 micrometer.

The drain box stores the oil and the mist filtered through the oil filter and the mist filter. The sampling port is formed in order to analyze the purity of the refrigerant.
