PURPOSE: Provided are process for producing recycled resin composition with renewed physical property by adding various additives to GMT(glass mat thermoplastic) and compounding the obtained material into the recycled resin composition, and the produced composition. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of washing used GMT with high pressure water under controlled temperature then drying the washed GMT for constant time period; breaking and grinding dried GMT; mixing the ground GMT base material with alternative GMT and compatible polymer; introducing the mixture into an extruder then melting and blending the mixture; and extruding the molten material then cutting the regenerated resin product into pellets. The polymer added to the GMT base material is any one of olefine resin or TPE.

Provided is a waste thermoplastic olefinic resin-containing composition, which has excellent dimensional stability and weather resistance, allows production of high-quality of molded articles, shows improved physical properties, and is applicable to car bumper covers. The waste thermoplastic olefinic resin-containing composition comprises: 25-45 wt% of a waste olefinic resin having a melt index of 10-20 g/10 min.; 24-45 wt% of a polypropylene resin having a melt index of 100-250 g/ 10 min.; 9-50 wt% of an inorganic filler; and 0.1-1 wt% of a weather resistance stabilizer. The inorganic filler includes wollastonite and talc in a weight ratio of 8:2-2:0.1. The weather resistance stabilizer includes a modified hindered phenol. The resin composition optionally further comprises a thermal stabilizer.

A waste polypropylene resin composition is provided to improve impact resistance and flowability, to allow it to be formed even in case of a small thickness and to lower a manufacturing cost by recycling the wasted bumper of automobiles. A waste polypropylene resin composition comprises 30-40 wt% of a waste polypropylene resin containing 40-50 wt% of glass fiber; 20-40 wt% of a waste thermoplastic olefin-based resin; 10-30 wt% of a high crystalline polypropylene resin; 3-9 wt% of a plastomer; 5-10 wt% of a co-polypropylene resin; and 12-25 wt% of glass monofilament. Preferably the waste polypropylene resin has a flow index of 30-80 g/10 min; the waste thermoplastic olefin-based resin has an impact strength of 35-45 kg.cm/cm and a flow index of 10-20 g/10 min; and the high crystalline polypropylene resin has an impact strength of 5-10 kg.cm/cm and a flow index of 100-250 g/10 min.

본 발명은 자동차의 충격 흡수재로 사용되는 백빔(Back beam) 소재인 GMT(Glass Mat Thermoplastics)를 재가공하고, 여기에 여러 가지 첨가제를 첨가한 후 컴파운딩시켜 새로운 물성의 재생수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 ①폐GMT 20∼80중량%, ②블럭코폴리프로필렌 10∼80중량%, ③에틸렌프로필렌러버 2∼20중량%, ④말레산무수물 커플링에이전트 1∼10중량%, ⑤단유리섬유 5∼10중량%, 상기 구성성분 ①+②+③+④+⑤ 100중량%에 대하여 실리카옥사이드계 무기충진물 2∼20중량%로 이루어진 재생수지 조성물을 제공한다.

본 발명은 상용화제를 이용하여 나일론 원단과 실리콘 고무 간에 상용성을 부여함으로써, 기존의 폐 에어백 기포지를 재활용할 수 있는 에어백 기포지의 재활용을 위한 첨가제 및 에어백 기포지를 재활용한 수지조성물과, 에어백 기포지의 재활용 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 실리콘 고무로 표면처리된 폐 에어백 기포지와, 실리콘 고무로 표면처리되지 않은 폐 에어백 기포지를 별개로 압출하여 각각의 재활용 칩을 만들고, 상기 각각의 재활용 칩을 혼합한 다음, 혼합된 재활용 칩에 상용화제를 용융 및 컴파운딩 하여 에어백 기포지인 나일론 원단과 실리콘 고무간의 상용성을 부여하여 재활용 나일론66을 제조하는 에어백 기포지의 재활용 방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 상기 실리콘 고무로 표면 처리된 에어백 기포지를 재활용한 나일론66이 상대적으로 우수한 수준의 물성을 보유함으로써, 폐 에어백 기포지의 재활용으로 인한 원가절감과 고부가 가치의 용도로 재활용하여 환경성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 에어백, 기포지, 실리콘, 고무, 나일론66, 상용화제, 재활용

PURPOSE: A producing method of a polypropylene-ethylene propylene rubber composite is provided to offer the excellent IMPACT STRENGTH and Rheological property of the composite to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polypropylene-ethylene propylene rubber composite comprises the following steps: mixing polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber; and performing a melting process with the mixture for more than 2 times. The ethylene propylene rubber is selected from ethylene propylene monomer rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, or their mixture. The melting process is performed by using a same direction twin screw extruder.

PURPOSE: A method for treating waste refrigerant of a vehicle is provided to reduce refrigerant transport costs by transporting refrigerants collected from a junkyard to a refrigerant treatment plant through a middle base. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating waste refrigerant of a vehicle is as follows. Refrigerants are collected from a junkyard and are accepted in a collection container with a small capacity. The refrigerants stored in the collection container are carried to a storage container with a large capacity at a middle base. The refrigerants stored in the storage container are recycled or treated at a refrigerant treatment plant.
