PURPOSE: A fuel injection control device and a method thereof are provided to control fuel injecting factors efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection control device comprises sensor units(10,30), a crank angular speed sensor(40), a control unit(50), and an injector(60). The sensor units detect an operation condition of an engine. The crank angular speed sensor detects a crank angular speed of the engine. The control unit determines fuel injecting factors to be controlled, calculates a position of maximum combustion pressure, and controls the fuel injecting factors according to the position of the maximum combustion pressure. The injector injects fuel according to the fuel injecting factors. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for setting a mounting position of a vibration sensor of an inner combustion engine, a control method thereof, and a system for the same are provided to set a mounting position of the vibration sensor by measuring vibration and pressure and analyzing the same simultaneously on a real time basis, thereby reducing the number of processes and minimizing time required for setting an optimal mounting position. CONSTITUTION: A device for setting a mounting position of a vibration sensor comprises a data measuring unit(10) and a data calculation unit(30). The data measuring unit respectively measures vibration per each measurement position set in advance and pressure at a reference position set in advance when combusting the inner combustion engine. The data calculation unit calculates correlation indexes per each measurement positions by using measured pressure signals and vibration signals, thereby setting the mounting position of the vibration sensor based on the calculated correlation indexes. 본 발명은 디젤 차량의 쓰로틀 밸브 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 초기 쓰로틀 밸브의 100% 오픈상태에서, 디젤 엔진 아이들시 대기압, 흡기온, 냉각수, 전기부하 등의 자동차의 내,외부 조건에 따라 쓰로틀 밸브의 개도량을 설정치(15%)만큼 차단되도록 제어상태를 유지함으로써, 상기 디젤 엔진 아이들시 흡입 공기의 부스트 압이 저감되면서, 공기량이 감소하게 되고, 이로 인해 실린더의 최대 압력을 낮추어 가진력을 감소시킴에 따라 엔진 아이들시의 실내 소음을 줄이게 되어 궁극적으로 고객의 소음 만족도를 한층 향상시킬 수 있으며, 특히 가속페달 신호 인가시 다시 상기 쓰로틀 밸브의 개도량을 100% 전환되도록 할 수 있는 디젤 차량의 쓰로틀 밸브 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 디젤 차량, 엔진 아이들, 쓰로틀 밸브, 개도량
