Abstract: PURPOSE: A muffler for a vehicle exhaust system is provided to easily separate and position baffles and exhaust pipes with a simple configuration and to firmly fix the baffles to a case. CONSTITUTION: A muffler(100) for a vehicle exhaust system comprises a case(10), a plurality of baffle members(30), an exhaust gas input pipe(50), and an exhaust gas output pipe(70). The case is mounted in an exhaust line and forms an internal space. The baffle members are arranged inside the case at a predetermined space and form a chamber of a predetermined space. The exhaust input pipe is inserted into from the front side of the case to the internal space and arranged by being penetrated through the baffle members. The exhaust output pipe is arranged by being penetrated through the baffle members.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a friction compensation device of an MDPS system and a method thereof and provides the friction compensation device of the MDPS system and the method thereof which secures steering feel and restoration performance of same level at the time of tuning by performing compensation control through a MDPS logic so that a steering wheel performance of a vehicle is unaffected to frictional force of a component. Abstract: PURPOSE: An operational force control device of a clutch is provided to improve power transmission efficiency and convenience by controlling the clutch accurately and quickly with attaching and detaching a clutch disk from a flywheel easily in operating a clutch pedal for shifting by generating negative pressure to a clutch booster through exhaust gas in starting an engine. CONSTITUTION: An operational force control device of a clutch comprises an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,30) deciding operation of a clutch pedal and outputting negative pressure supply and shutoff control signals by receiving engine rpm, vehicle speed and operation of an ignition key switch or the clutch pedal according to the vehicle state, and a driving unit forming or releasing negative pressure in a clutch booster(16) corresponding to the negative pressure supply and shutoff control signals. The driving unit has a negative pressure generating pipe(12) connected to an exhaust pipe(10), a connecting pipe(14) connecting the negative pressure generating pipe and the clutch booster, a driving motor(40) actuating according to the control signal, a gear unit(50) turning and interlocking with the driving motor, a first cylinder(60) combined with the gear unit by a moving member to change hydraulic pressure according to turn of the gear unit, a magnet check valve(70) connected to the first cylinder to switch the passage according to the control signal, a second cylinder(80) connected to the magnet check valve to move the piston according to change of the first cylinder, and a turning member(90) turning according to motion of the piston of the second cylinder to form and shut off negative pressure in the negative pressure generating pipe by exhaust gas from the engine.
