    Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface treatment method for a swash plate of a compressor is provided to provide a swash plate with sufficient durability and operating property by use a material of steel, Al, etc and by treating the surface with a low friction and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment coating solution for a swash plate of a compressor is manufactured by mixing 0.1-10 parts by weight of diamond particles with a particle size of 50-500 nm into a PAI and PTFE mixture solution. The coating liquid is controlled to 500-5000 cps by using a thinner which consists of NMP, xylene, and MIBK with the mixing ratio of NMP:xylene:MIBK = 6:2:2 or 6:1:3. A surface treatment method of a swash plate comprises: a step of providing roughness to the surface of a swash plate(S10); a step of spraying the coating solution to the surface(S20); and a step of drying the coated swash plate.
