Abstract: PURPOSE: A welding structure of CTBA and a welding method thereof are provided to reduce the concentration of stress in a welding part of a tubular beam and a trailing arm by performing welding which connects the tubular beam and the trailing arm by dividing a connection part into a lower part and an upper part. CONSTITUTION: A welding structure of CTBA comprises a tubular beam(11), a first welding line(L1), and a second welding line(L2). An end of the tubular beam is connected to one side of a trailing arm(12). The first welding line is formed by being welded along an upper part of a welding part. The second welding line is formed by being welded along the upper part of the welding part. Circumference of a connection part of the tubular beam and the trailing arm is welded by the first welding line and the second welding line. A part which is adjacent to the end of the first welding line and a part which is adjacent to the end of the second welding line are crossed.

Abstract: An active CTBA(coupled torsion beam axle) bush is provided to operate two relief valves at the same time in bump, rebound or roll condition in order to improve vibration attenuation performance and ride comfort. An active CTBA(coupled torsion beam axle) bush comprises: a cylindrical housing(210) inserted into a bush combining unit; a rubber part(220) filled with the air and combined with the inside of the housing; and a plurality of relief valves(230), through which the air flows inside the rubber part and which is combined with the rubber part. The relief valve controls the amount of the air flowed inside the rubber part in order to adjust damping attenuation power. The rubber part additionally includes an inner pipe(222) moved based on the amount of the air flowed inside the rubber part. The inner pipe partitions the rubber parts.
