Abstract: PURPOSE: An airbag device for a vehicle is provided to rapidly spread an airbag cushion, and to obtain excellent LRD performance by reducing injuries of a passenger closely positioned to the airbag device or children. CONSTITUTION: An airbag device for a vehicle comprises a vent hole(3), a cover(5), a rope(7), and a rope guide(9). The cover is equipped on the outside of an airbag cushion(1) to convert a gap in which the vent hole is closed by tensile force. The rope supplies the tensile force to the cover through the vent hole. The rope guide supports the rope to the airbag cushion to pass through inner surface of the airbag cushion in a longitudinal direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-chamber airbag and an airbag system are provided to enhance the safety of passengers by correctly interlocking the operating time of an active vent and a one-way vent with each other. CONSTITUTION: A multi-chamber airbag comprises an airbag cushion(100), an active vent(300), and a one-way vent(500). The active vent comprises a vent hole(110), a tether(340), and a cutting device(360). The cutting device opens the vent hole by cutting the tether at a required time. The one-way vent comprises a through-hole(162), a cinch tube(520), and a tightening string(540). The tightening string closes the through-hole by tightening the cinch tube when cutting the tether.
