본 발명은 기존의 클리어층 도장 및 폴리우레탄 반응 사출 등의 공정 대신에 프레스 공정을 사용하고, 천연소재(패턴층)의 상면에 투명소재를 적용함으로써 성형성 및 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있고, 사용가능 천연소재의 적용을 다양화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 투명층의 두께조절에 따른 깊이감 구현 및 원가를 절감할 수 있는 천연소재 적용 무드 조명 구현을 위한 입체 패널 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A micro pellet type thermoplastic polyurethane composition for powder slush molding process and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance mechanical property, light-proof, heat resistance, anti-hydrolysis property, and releasability. CONSTITUTION: A micro pellet type thermoplastic polyurethane composition for powder slush molding process comprises 5-10 weight% of ester-based polyol, 5-10 weight% of ether based polyol, 30-70 weight% of polycarbonate diol, 10-50 weight% of isocyanate, 5-30 weight% of chain extender, and 0.1-5 weight% of light-resistant stabilizer. The ester based polyol is more than one kind which is selected from polycaprolactone polyol, butylene adipate, ethylene adipate, and diethylene diadipate. The ether based polyol is polypropylene glycol, polytetramethylene ether glycol, or a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A TPO sheet composition is provided to ensure excellent bondability with an aqueous coating agent such as an aqueous primer and a surface treating agent and to enable the manufacture of automobile interiors with excellent properties through female vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION: A TPO sheet composition comprises 35~45 weight% of partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 5~15 weight% of non-crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin, 10~20 weight% of polypropylene resin, 10~20 weight% of ethylene octene rubber, 10~20 weight% of linear low-density polyethylene resin and 5~10 weight% of inorganic filler. The partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin resin has a hardness of Shore A 65.

PURPOSE: A modifier for a reactive hot melt adhesive, and the reactive hot melt adhesive including thereof are provided to secure the initial adhesive force and the coherence strength between non-polar materials, and to prevent the generation of volatile organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A modifier for a reactive hot melt adhesive contains a multi-block copolymer. The multi-block copolymer is obtained by polymerizing a polymer initiator having a hydrophilic segment formed by condense-polymerizing a hydrophilic polymer and 4,4`-azobis(4-cyanopentanoic acid), layered silicate, a vinyl monomer, and a chain transfer agent.

A thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer sheet composition for water-based coating is provided to realize excellent mechanical properties including elongation, heat resistance and moldability, and moisture- and chemical resistance. A thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer sheet composition for water-based coating comprises: (a) 40-45 wt% of partially crosslinked thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer resin; (b) 5-10 wt% of non-crosslinked thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer resin; (c) 15-20 wt% of a polypropylene resin; (d) 15-20 wt% of an ethylene octene rubber resin; (e) 2-5 wt% of a linear low density polyethylene resin having a specific gravity of 0.92-0.94; (f) 10-15 wt% of a polyethylene master batch containing 2-3 wt% of a lubricant; and (g) 4-5 wt% of an inorganic filler.

A polypropylene resin composition is provided to improve melt tension, fluidity and cooling velocity, to prevent the generation of swirl mark in case of injection molding and to enhance the foaming rate and impact resistance of foamed product. A polypropylene resin composition comprises 5-20 wt% of a polypropylene master batch which comprises a propylene homopolymer, a propylene-ethylene copolymer or their mixture; 35-60 wt% of a high crystalline polypropylene resin having a melt index of 60-100 g/10 min (230 deg.C) and an isotacticity of 99-100; 5-15 wt% of an ethylene-styrene copolymer rubber which contains 20-50 wt% of styrene and has a polydispersity index of 8-12 and a melt index of 10-30 g/10 min (230 deg.C); 5-15 wt% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber; and an inorganic filler.
