Abstract: Procedimiento para la obtención de poliamidas, sus oligómeros, o mezclas de los mismos, en caso dado con otros productos de reacción, mediante reacción de aminonitrilos o dinitrilos y diaminas, o una mezcla, que contiene aminonitrilo, dinitrilo y diamina, y en caso dado otros mónomeros y/u oligómeros que forman poliamida con agua en un reactor (1) con eje longitudinal orientado verticalmente, en el que en el reactor (1) se esclusa el producto de reacción de la cola, y el amoníaco producido, y en caso dado otros compuestos de bajo peso molecular producidos y agua, se extraen a través de la cabeza, caracterizado porque el reactor (1) contiene - al menos dos cámaras superpuestas en sentido longitudinal (4), - estando separadas las cámaras (4) entre sí a través de platos impermeables a líquido (5), - estando unida cada cámara (4) con la cámara inmediatamente inferior (4) a través de un rebosadero de líquido (6), y extrayéndose a través del rebosadero de líquido (6) de la cámara inferior (4) unacorriente de producto líquida, - estando unido el espacio de gases (7) por encima del nivel de líquido en cada cámara (4) con la cámara inmediatamente superior (4) en cada caso a través de uno o varios tubos guía (8), que desemboca(n) respectivamente en un distribuidor de gases (9) con orificios (11) para la salida de gases por debajo del nivel de líquido, así como con al menos una chapa guía (12) dispuesta verticalmente alrededor de cada distribuidor de gases (9), cuyo extremo inferior termina por debajo del nivel de líquido, y cuyo extremo superior termina por encima del plato impermeable a líquido (5) de la cámara (4), y separa cada cámara (4) en un o varios espacios gasificados (13) y en uno o varios espacios no gasificados (14).

Abstract: Disclosed is a continuous method for producing polyamides, the oligomers or mixtures thereof, optionally with other reaction products, by reacting aminonitriles or dinitriles and diamines or mixtures thereof, optionally alo ng with additional polyamide-forming monomers and/or oligomers, with an aqueous medium comprising aqueous monomer extracts or oligomer extracts which are obtained when extracting the polymer with water during the production of polyamides. Said reaction is carried out in a reactor which has a vertical longitudinal axis and is penetrated essentially in the longitudinal directio n. According to the inventive method, water and/or the aqueous medium is/are introduced into the reactor at least at two different points located along t he vertical longitudinal axis thereof, the aqueous medium being introduced at least at one point.

Abstract: In a process for distillatively removing ammonia and water from mixtures obtained in the preparation of polyamides which comprise a lactam and/or diamines, and, if appropriate, an aminonitrile and/or dinitrile, and also a cyclopentanone impurity in two stages: 1) the mixture is distilled at from 11 to 35 bar to give, as the top product T1, water, ammonia and cyclopentanone, and, as the bottoms B1, water, the lactam and/or diamines, and, if appropriate, the aminonitrile and/or dinitrile, and 2) T1 is distilled at from 11 to 35 bar to give, as the top product T2, ammonia and cyclopentanone, and, as the bottoms B2, water.
