    Abstract: The invention relates to polyelectrolyte complexes of cationic and anionic polymers, comprising (a) cationic condensates of (i) at least one amine and (ii) a cross-linking agent from the group of epihalohydrins, or bishalohydri ns of diols, bishalohydrins of polyalkylene glycols, bishalohydrins of polytetrahydrofurans, alkylene dihalides, alkylene trihalides, bis-epoxides, tris-epoxides, tetra-epoxides, and/or mixtures of the above and/or quaternar y cationic condensates of (i) and (ii) and (b) anionic compounds with at last three anionic groups and a loading ratio of anionic to cationic polymers of 0.01 to 20. The invention further relates to methods for the production of t he polyelctrolyte complexes by means of mixing the cationic condensates (a) wit h anionic compounds (b).

    Abstract: La invencion se relaciona a un poli(eter-uretano) cationico, que consiste de a) al menos un polieterol, como constituyente a; b) al menos un diol que contiene amonio o amina terciaria, como constituyente B; c) al menos un diisocianato, como el constituyente C; d) y opcionalmente al menos un agente de interruptor de polarizacion, como el constituyente D; el poli(eter-uretano) cationico que tiene un valor de amina de entre 5 y 40. La invencion se relaciona tambien a un metodo para producir el poli(eter-uretano) cationico inventivo, a composiciones que contienen tales poli(eter-uretanos) cationicos y al menos un agente tensioactivo anionico, a un metodo para regulacion de espuma, especialmente para la supresion de espuma o para desespumar, utilizando al menos un poli(eter-uretano) cationico inventivo, y al uso de tal poli(eter-uretano) cationico para regulacion de espuma, especialmente como una gente de supresion de espuma o un agente desespumante.
