Abstract: Un proceso para preparar alcoholes poliéter al agregar óxidos de alquileno en sustancias iniciadoras funcionalesH, de las que por lo menos una es sólida a temperatura ambiente en un matraz de reacción, al cargar loscomponentes de partida continuamente al matraz de reacción, que comprende preparar una pasta de la sustanciade iniciador sólido y cargar esta pasta continuamente al matraz de reacción, "pastas" se considera son las mezclasde compuestos que son sólidos a temperatura ambiente con compuestos que son líquidos a temperatura ambiente,cada uno de los cuales comprende átomos de hidrógeno reactivos con óxidos de alquileno, los compuestos que sonsólidos a temperatura ambiente están en la forma de partículas con un tamaño de partícula promedio de menos de 2mm, y estas mezclas se pueden bombear, "bombear" se entiende que significa que la viscosidad de la pasta no esmayor de 100 000 mPa.s, y la viscosidad se determina en DIN 53019 y el tamaño de partícula y la distribución deltamaño de partícula (PSD) se determina por medio de difracción láser, para cuyo propósito la pasta se coloca ensuspensión en isopropanol y se trata en un baño de ultrasonido durante 2 minutos, y luego se toma una parte paramedición y se transfiere al instrumento de análisis, en donde la pasta se produce al mezclar la sustancia iniciadorasólida con el compuesto que es líquido a temperatura ambiente en un mezclador de fuerza de corte.
