Abstract: This invention relates to a hermetic compressor used on a refrigerant cycle such as a refrigerator, and discloses a low noise compressor designed to attenuate a resonance sound in a compression chamber and intake pressure pulsing more operatively at a position adjacent to their sources, which intake pressure pulsing occurs at an intake valve port. In the compressor, a resonance space 38 is provided adjacent to the intake valve port 29 that is closer in distance to a noise source. As a result, noise can be reduced more operatively than muffling functions of an intake muffler 31 do. In addition, although acoustic characteristics of the intake muffler 31 amplify noises having specific frequencies, such noises can be attenuated before being amplified.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor in a freezing and refrigerating device and an air conditioning system such as a refrigerator and a show case capable of reducing noise by damping pressure pulsation generated in a compression chamber by an absorption muffler effectively. SOLUTION: Since a muffler cover 20 has a simple shape like a flat plate, its deformation when it is molded is reduced, and it adheres to a muffler main body 19 sufficiently and closely. Consequently, pressure pulsation scarcely leaks from a connection part of the muffler main body 19 and the muffler cover 20 to provide silencing effect that the absorption muffler 18 has sufficiently so as to reduce noise effectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain pulsation and vibration of high pressure gas and to facilitate maintenance for a high pressure muffler unit by setting the position for fitting the unit to a sealed case in the region of a designated angle so as to dispose the unit on the high pressure side. CONSTITUTION:A sealed case 3 stores an electrically driven element part and a compression mechanism part in the interior thereof. A high pressure muffler unit 11 is connected to the intermediate between a pre-cooler tube articulated to the compression mechanism part to be lead through to the outside of the sealed case 3 and a system piping. The unit 11 is fixed to the sealed case 3 by a stay 10. In this case, the unit 11 is fitted to the stay 10 at a designated angle theta (e.g. 75 deg. upward, 45 deg. downward). Thus, the unit 11 is disposed on the high pressure side to restrain the pulsation and vibration of high pressure gas, and the unit 11 is disposed in a position seen from the back of a cabinet space 14 to facilitate maintenance or the like.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of pinch of a slide part between a vane and a side housing by providing a spring through the force of which the vane is pressed against the outer periphery of a roller piston, locating a spherical contact part to the end part of the spring, and bringing the contact part into contact with a conical hole. CONSTITUTION:When a roller piston 4 is rolled along the inner wall of the compression chamber of a cylinder 5 through rotation of a crank shaft 1 with the aid of an electric motor part, a vane 11 arranged to the outer periphery of the roller piston 4 through the force of a vane spring 12 follows rolling of the roller piston 4 and is slid along a plate surface 6a of a side housing 6. Refrigerant gas is compressed by means of a compression chamber 5a and delivered. In which case, a conical spring hole 11a is formed in the lower part of the vane 11. A spherical contact part 12a is fitted to the end part of the vane spring 12, the contact part 12a is brought into contact with the spring hole 11a, and the other end of the vane spring 12 is fitted in the spring hole 9 of the cylinder 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable compressor with less abrasion by forming the vane side tip of a spring into approximately spherical shape, and bringing this spherical part into contact with the bottom part of a vane hole so that the spring presses the vane only in the axial direction of a shaft and in the right-angled direction to the shaft, thereby dissolving pinching at the vane tip. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 4 is rotated by the rotation of a rotor 3 so as to compress refrigerant in a compression chamber formed by a piston 8, a cylinder 6 and a vane 11, the vane 11 is reciprocated following the rotation of the shaft 4 by a spring 13 pressing the vane 11. In this case, the tip 16 of the spring 13 is in approximately spherical shape, and the vane 11 is not pressed by the curve part 14 of the spring 13 but the bottom part 15 of a vane hole is pressed by this spherical part, so that the vane is not pressed obliquely, nor is the end face of a main bearing 8 chipped by the vane tip. The vane tip and the main bearing end face are thereby prevented from abrasion and seizure, and thus a compressor of high reliability can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the sliding loss of a crankshaft and obtain a higher effi ciency by providing an axial direction hole off-center in the axial direction of an eccentric part to the axis of a main shaft part, near the eccentric part of the main shaft. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 13 is formed of an eccentric part 14 and a main shaft part 15. An axial directional hole 16 off-center in the axial direction of the eccentric part 14 to the axis of the main shaft part 15 is provided near the eccentric part 14 of the main shaft 15. The unbalance component generated by centrifugal force from the eccentric part 14 and a roller 6 is reduced by the opposite directional force generated by the hole 16 off-center in the eccentric part 14 axial direction. As a main weight and a sub-weight can be lightened, the bending moment acting on the crankshaft 13 is reduced, and the diameter of the main shaft part 15 can be reduced. Hence, the sliding loss of the crank shaft is reduced to obtain a higher efficiency.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the miniaturization and reduction in noise by conforming the discharge directions to release the discharge flows from first and second compression chambers into a single muffler. CONSTITUTION:A first cylinder 31 forms a first compression chamber 29 together with a rotor 3 side housing 27 and a first intermediate plate 28, and has a first communicating hole 33 for guiding discharge flow to a muffler 32. A second cylinder 40 forms a second compression chamber together with a second intermedinate plate 34 and an anti-rotor 3 side housing 36. The discharge directions are conformed to each other to release the discharge flows from the first and second compression chambers 29, 37 into the single muffler 32. Hence, miniaturization can be enhanced while holding a sufficient muffler capacity. The pulsation component contained in the discharge flow can be smoothed to reduce noise.
