    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable electrostatic latent image developing toner which produces no white speckles and to provide an electrophotographic developer. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner consists of at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and silica particles. The silica particles have 0.1 to 2 μm average particle size measured by a centrifugal sedimentation method. The electrophotographic developer consists of toner particles comprising at least a binder resin and a coloring agent, silica particles having 0.1 to 2 μm average particle size measured by a centrifugal sedimentation method of silica particles, and carrier particles. This developer is controlled in such a manner that the electrification sequence of the constituent particles is made of, from the lower side, carrier particles, toner particles and silica particles.

Especially, when the ambient humidity is high, the developing performance of toner particles, the transfer performance of a toner image and reverse transfer performance that the toner image transferred to the body to be transferred once is restored to the electrostatic latent image carrier are influenced, so that printing deterioration such as the lowering of printing density and the deterioration of the uniformity of a solid part is caused.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liq. developer giving satisfactory printed matter with high reproducibility even after repeated printing by using a colorant having a specified solvent resistance to xylene. SOLUTION: Colored particles consisting essentially of a pigment and a resin are dispersed by 0.1-20 wt.% in a petroleum hydrocarbon as a carrier liq. The amt. of the pigment in the colored particles is 5-30 wt.%, preferably 10-25 wt.%. The bonding resin is, e.g. alkyd resin, styrene resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, styrene-acrylic resin, polyester resin, rosin modified phenolic resin or a rosin modified resin and this rosin modified resin is preferably used. The solvent resistance of the colorant to xylene is >3, preferably >4. The average particle diameter of the colored particles is 0.3-5 μm, preferably 0.5-3 μm.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method for preventing falsification, with excellent workability by coloring the surroundings of a printing part with a coloring component included in toner. SOLUTION: In the case of forming an image on a printed material, the surroundings of the printing part are colored by the coloring component included in the toner. By this constitution, the surroundings of the printing part of the printed material are colored so that even if toner grains are physically removed to attempt the falsification of the numbers of securities, etc., in the case the fixation of toner powder is insufficient, evidence of printing is left because a surrounding part is colored, to prevent such an illegal falsification. As the printed material, an arbitrary one can be used. In other words, a special limit is not set but preferably a sheet of paper is used.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image flow and destruction, and to realize a stable transfer ratio and an excellent separation performance of a transferred material after transferring-fixing by composing an intermediate transfer body with a transfer layer and the conductive layer, and adopting silicone rubber as the transfer layer. SOLUTION: This intermediate transfer body is composed of at least, two layers of the transfer layer and the conductive layer, and the transfer layer is the silicone rubber with equal to or beyond 35 and equal to or below 80 JIS-A hardness. As the silicone rubber adopted for the transfer layer for instance, the heat flow type silicone rubber, the liquid silicone rubber, the low temp. hardening type silicone rubber or the room temp. hardening type silicone rubber can be preferably adopted. The liquid type silicone rubber which can be easily formed by heating the two liquid after mixing them and is provided with high productivity is more preferable. The more over preferable hardness of the silicone rubber of this transfer layer is equal to or beyond 40 and equal to or below 70 JIS-A hardness. Further more, the filler can be added to the transfer layer for the purpose of improving the mechanical strength and adjusting electrostatic property.
