    Abstract: The present invention is a flame-retardant polyester film including resin layers laminated on both surfaces of a polyester film, wherein the resin layer satisfies 15 ‰¤ (Wc 1 - Wc 2 )/Wc 0 × 100 ‰¤ 99 (where Wc 0 represents the weight of the resin layer, Wc 1 represents the weight of the resin layer after the temperature thereof is raised from 25°C to 600°C in air, and Wc 2 represents the weight of the resin layer after the temperature thereof is raised from 25°C to 800°C in air), and has a non-flammable'gas generating rate of 3 to 40 percent over the range of 180°C to 450°C. The present invention provides a flame-retardant polyester film having an excellent flame retardancy, and adhesive tapes, flexible printed circuits, a membrane switch, a film heater, and a flat cable, each including the flame-retardant polyester film.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable a good dispersed state as well as to make obtainable a good image by dividedly adding an electric charge controlling agent and/or a dispersant in plural steps.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner from being attached to a heat roller and to obtain an excellent fixed image even when a fixing is executed by the heat roller by including the specified quantity of silicone oil having the viscosity of a specified value. SOLUTION: The silicone oil whose viscosity at 25 deg.C is >=1 cSt and 50 cSt, the silicone oil is not sufficiently mixed in developer. As the result, it occurs that a droplet-state defect is caused or desired printing density cannot be obtained because developing density is lowered when an electrostatic latent image carrier is developed by the liquid developer.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain liquid developer with which an excellent printed matter is obtained with good reproducibility even in the case of repeating printing by making the supernatant liquid of liquid in which a colorant is dispersed in carrier solvent have specified transmissivity in all the area of a specified wavelength band. SOLUTION: When an electrostatic latent image on an electrostatic latent image carrier is developed and a developed image developed by such development is transferred to a body to be transferred, a toner component happens to be accumulated on the electrostatic latent image carrier by consecutive printing. When the quantity of the toner component is made large, it influences the electric characteristics of the electrostatic latent image carrier and influences the latent image and the image. By using the colorant whose supernatant liquid has the transmissivity of >=60% in all the area of the wavelength of 250 nm to 350 nm when the colorant is dispersed in the carrier solvent, the adhesion of the toner component and the deterioration of the image are hardly caused. It is desirable to use condensed azo pigment and polycyclic pigment as the colorant.
