    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a molding excellent in the shock resistance of weld part of a core, the adhesion between a core part and a shell part, the durability of a caster, and the uniformity of the tint of the core part, and its manufacture simple in production process, taking the resin composition of the core part of the caster and the shell part into consideration. CONSTITUTION:A core part consists of 40-90wt.% A polyamide resin, 5-50wt.% ABS resin, and 3-20wt.% denatured vinyl copolymer consisting of aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide, and alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonic acid, and the shell part consists of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, and core part is made after formation of shell part. This caster molded item is excellent in the shock resistance of the weld zone of the core part requested as a caster molding, the adhesion between the core part and the shell part, and the processing property of the core part, and besides the color difference between the nonweld zone and the weld zone is extremely small, and the manufacture process is simple, and this is excellent in the point of productivity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition composed of a specified poly-epsilon- caprolactam, an aliphatic bisamide and an aliphatic carboxylic acid or its diol ester and excellent in high-cycling properties in injection molding and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION:This polyamide resin composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. mixture prepared by adding Ba(OH)2, BaO, etc., to a poly-epsilon- caprolactam exhibiting >=0.4 ratio of gamma-type crystal, e.g. a molten poly-epsilon- caprolactam after completion of polymerization with (B) 0.01 to 1 pt.wt., preferably 0.02 to 0.5 pt.wt. aliphatic bisamide [e.g. methylene-bis(stearylamide)] of formula I or II (R1 is a 1 to 10C hydrocarbon group; R2 and R3 are each a 10 to 30C hydrocarbon group; R4 and R5 are each H or a 1 to 4C hydrocarbon group) and (C) 0.01 to 0.8 pt.wt., preferably 0.05 to 0.5 pt.wt. 1 to 22C aliphatic carboxylic acid or its diol ester (preferably ethylene glycol ester or 1,4-butane diol ester of montanic acid).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having impact resistance, molding and processing properties and chemical resistance, by blending ABS resin with a polyamide resin and a specific modified vinyl polymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition consisting of (A) 10-84pts.wt. ABS resin consisting of preferably 5-85pts.wt. diene rubber, 8-50pts.wt. vinyl cyanide, 10-90pts.wt. aromatic vinyl and, if necessary, another copolymerizable monomer, (B) 15-89pts.wt. polyamide resin, preferably nylon 6 of nylon 66 and (C) 1-70pts.wt. modified vinyl polymer obtained by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl (preferably styrene or alpha-styrene) with a vinyl cyanide (preferably acrylonitrile), an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid [e.g. (meth)acrylic acid] and, if necessary, another copolymerizable monomer having 100pts.wt. in sum of the components A, B and C.

[based on the amount of the component (ii)] radical-generating agent to obtain a polyphenylene ether (a) having a carboxyl group and/or carboxylic acid anhydride structure as part of substituents. 5-95wt% component (a) is blended with 5-90wt% polyamide (b) and 5-60wt% (hydrogenated) A-B-A' block copolymer elastomer (c) (wherein A and A' are each a polymerized hydrocarbon block; and B is a polymerized conjugated block which may be hydrogenated).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A thermoplastic resin composition, obtained by blending a polyphenylene ether resin with polyamide and specific modified polyolefin in a specific proportion and having improved impact, heat, weather and chemical resistance and moldability. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition obtained by uniformly blending and melt kneading (A) 5-90wt%, preferably 15-80wt% polyphenylene ether resin, e.g. poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene)ether, etc., with (B) 5-90wt%, preferably 10-80wt% polyamide, e.g. nylon 6, nylon 11, etc., and copolyamide consisting essentially thereof and (C) 5-60wt%, preferably 8-50wt% polyolefin having one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acid group and acid anhydride group, preferably a polyolefin graft modified with a vinyl based monomer having carboxylic acid (anhydride) group.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly transparent, shock-proof and chemical-proof ball running slope part for a game machine to be manufactured by injection molding. SOLUTION: This ball running slope for a game machine is made of a polyester copolymer comprising more than two kinds of diol components and/or dicarboxylic acid components of polyester. Optionally, the ball running slope is made of a resin composition comprised of 10-90 weight % of a polyester copolymer comprising more than two diol components and/or dicarboxylic acid components of polyester and 90-10 weight % of polycabonate melted and mixed together. The ball running slope part can be manufactured by molding a polyester copolymer comprising more than two kinds of diol components and/or dicarboxylic acid components.
