    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a rotor having sufficient strength and high finishing accuracy. SOLUTION: After a continuous cast bar is cut by the specified length into a billet, the billet is heated and inserted into a lower die 20, and a rotor material 70 is formed by making the billet follow up an upper pressurizing punch 50, the lower die 20, a punch 80, and a lower pressurizing punch 60 by using a presser. After that, the excess thickness formed on the end surface of the rotor material 70 in casting is cut by the surface A, and a shaft hole 72, a vane groove 71 and an oil groove 75 are formed. Therefore, torsion is not generated on the cast rod, the squareness of the vane groove end surface can be secured (finishing accuracy is improved), the manufacturing cost of products can be reduced by the reduction of the manufacturing processes. Since a rotor has uniform metallic tissues, the specified strength can be secured. Moreover, since the shaft hole is formed by using the presser, the machining margin is reduced in comparison with powder extruding, the yield of materials is improved, the processing time is shortened, and the yield in molding is improved.

The high pressure spaces 30a to 30h constitute a part of the discharging chamber. Since the capacity of the discharging chamber is increased for the capacity of the high pressure spaces 30a to 30h, the capacity of the discharging chamber can be increased without enlarging a front head.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate processing of the holes and pores of the rotor drive shaft and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A front side block 3 is provided with a guide route 30 for guiding the coolant gas in a compression chamber at the initial stage of a compression process, therefore, a great differential pressure is generated between a shaft seal chamber 60 and the compression chamber at the initial stage of the compression process, the coolant gas is certainly introduced into the shaft seal chamber 60, and the inside of the shaft seal chamber is sufficiently lubricated. The coolant gas to be introduced into the shaft seal chamber 60 through the guide route 30 is low-pressure coolant gas at the initial stage of the compression process, therefore, the volume efficiency is hardly lowered. Since the guide route 30 is a short linear simple pore, it can be processed for a short time and no burring occurs.

CONSTITUTION:A cylinder chamber 36 is formed on the internal surface of a boss section for a rotor 40. A shaft 7 is provided with a high-pressure introduction passage 35 for introducing delivery gas from a delivery chamber 10 to the cylinder chamber 36. Also, the shaft 7 is so fitted with an annular piston 37 as to be freely slidable, and the piston 37 is loosely coupled to the cylinder chamber 36 in such a way as pressing a spring 46, according to a pressure rise in the chamber 36. High-pressure guide passages 28, 29, 26b and 32 are provided in a cylinder block 2 for introducing delivery gas from the delivery chamber 10 to the high-pressure introduction passage 35. Furthermore, the high- pressure guide passages 28, 29, 26b and 32 are fitted with spool valves 27 at intermediate sections to open and close according to a pressure difference between intake pressure Ps and delivery pressure Pd, and to close the passages, when the delivery pressure Pd rises to such an level as causing the pressure difference equal to or above the predetermined value.

SOLUTION: The front side end face 1c of a cam ring 1 and a groove 40 of predetermined sectional area to communicate a valve storage room 1a and a compression room 12a with each other are provided. When the operation of a compressor is stopped, lubricant is tending to enter into a back pressure room 13a in the process that pressure in the compressor is balanced, but cooling medium gas in the valve storage room 1a (a discharge room 10) escapes through the groove 40 to the compression room 12a, pressure in the back pressure room 13a rapidly rises and pressure in the compressor is balanced in a short time, so that the quantity of the lubricant entering into the back pressure room 13a can be restricted. As a result, noise due to the compression of liquid is reduced when the operation of the compressor is restarted.

SOLUTION: A valve housing chamber 34 is formed on the way between a suction port 6a and a suction chamber 11, while a coil spring 33 is directly housed in the valve housing chamber 34 without a guide cylinder. Since the guide cylinder is not used, a lower end face of a bush 31 is not affected, which may be deformed otherwise due to welding between the guide cylinder and the bush 32. It is thus unnecessary to process the lower end surface of the bush 31 afterward for obtaining the flatness.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the peeling of plating in a side block by the side surface of a vane, and prevent the damage or compression failure by abrasive powder by arranging a suction hole in the outside of the vane sliding area of a rotor side end surface in one side block. CONSTITUTION:A compressor has a rotor 2 rotatably housed in a cylinder 1 and a compression chamber 12 partitioned between them. A plurality of vanes 14 are inserted to a plurality of vane grooves 13 formed substantially in the radial direction of the rotor 2. Further, a plurality of suction holes 15a laid along the inner circumferential edge of the cylinder 1 are arranged on one of both longitudinal end side blocks 3, 4, and a plurality of notch parts 15b opposed to each suction hole 15a are arranged on the opening edge la of the cylinder 1. In this case, each suction hole 15a is arranged in the outside of the sliding area of the vane 14 on the rotor 2 side end surface in one side block 4. Thus, the peeling of plating in the side block 4 by the side surface of the vane 14 can be prevented.
