Abstract: A a cartridge type delivery valve assembly in which a valve seat surface and a valve are integrated in order to assure good seating characteristics in the delivery valve. The delivery valve assembly is formed by fixing together a valve holder provided with delivery holes, a roll valve that is mounted along the internal surface of the valve holder to freely open and close the delivery holes and a valve stopper that fixes the roll valve onto the valve holder and regulates the lift quantity of the roll valve, in an integrated manner using coupling members and the delivery valve assembly thus achieved is mounted in a valve insertion space.

Abstract: The outlet valves (20) for the compressor consist of a flat plate (30) rolled up into a cylinder leaving only a narrow slit (32) between the two adjacent edges the cylinder is pushed into a cylindrical bore in the wall of the compressor housing. There is a curved spring flap (40) inside the cylinder which is held by screws (70,71) and which bears against the inside surface of the cylinder. Air from the compressor flows though a bore (31) into the cylinder and blows the valve flap away from the inside wall of the cylinder. If the air tends to blow back into the compressor, the valve flap seals tightly against the inside of the cylinder.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a replacement of roll valve and valve seat at the same time by installing a discharge valve assembly, which is obtained by integrally forming a roll valve with a discharge hole to be opened and closed by the roll valve, in a valve insertion space. SOLUTION: A locking projection 43 of a valve stopper 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 53 of a roll valve 50 so as to temporary assemble a valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50. The valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50 are inserted into a valve holder 30, and the locking projection 43 of the valve stopper 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 33 of the valve holder 30, and the valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50, which are temporarily assembled, and the valve holder 30 are assembled, and fixed by a screw as a connecting member so as to assemble a discharge valve assembly 20, which is integrally formed with the discharge hole 31, and the discharge valve assembly 20 is installed in a valve insertion space. With this structure, at the time of replacing the roll valve 50, a valve seat surface can be replaced at the same time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce pulsation sound at the refrigerant inlet time while maintaining the maximum capacity of a compressor by letting the throttle function of the protruding member of a valve body act large at the time of the lift quantity of an inlet valve body being small, and reducing the influence of the throttle function at the time of the lift quantity being large. CONSTITUTION:When the inlet quantity of refrigerant is small, the force that is going to open an inlet valve 20 is weak, so that the lift quantity of a valve body is small, and the distance alpha between a fixed bush 22 and the protruding member 23a of an inner peripheral valve body 23 becomes gradually longer toward the apex of the protruding member 23a from its bottom. The throttle function thereby work larger as the lift quantity of the valve body 23 is smaller. Accordingly, the amplitude of inlet pulsation can be reduced so as to prevent the generation of pulsation sound. When the inlet quantity of the refrigerant is large, the force that is going to open the valve 20 is large, so that the lift quantity of the valve body 23 becomes large, and when the lift quantity exceeds a certain value, the valve body 23 stops displaying the function of throttling the inlet port 6a. The inlet efficiency is not therefore lowered, and the capacity of a compressor is prevented from being lowered.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of a refrigerant by reducing airtight positions and prevent the burning of a rotor without applying a surface treatment to a side block. SOLUTION: This vane compressor is provided with a cam ring 1, a front head 5 fixed to the front side end face 1a of the cam ring 1, and a rear head 6 fixed to the rear side end face 1b of the cam ring 1 to close the rear side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the rear side end face 2b of a rotor 2. A front side block 3 is stored in the front head 5 to close the front side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the front side end face 2a of the rotor 2. The front side block 3 is made of an iron material. Only the cam ring 1, front head 5 and rear head 6 are exposed to the outside space, the number of compressor components exposed to the outside space is reduced than the conventional example, and the seal positions between the components are reduced. Since the front side block 3 is made of the iron material, its sliding characteristic is good, and the burning of the end face of the rotor 2 can be prevented while no surface treatment is applied.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely avoid the compression of liquid without decreasing discharge performance during starting. SOLUTION: The front side end face 1c of a cam ring 1 and a groove 40 of predetermined sectional area to communicate a valve storage room 1a and a compression room 12a with each other are provided. When the operation of a compressor is stopped, lubricant is tending to enter into a back pressure room 13a in the process that pressure in the compressor is balanced, but cooling medium gas in the valve storage room 1a (a discharge room 10) escapes through the groove 40 to the compression room 12a, pressure in the back pressure room 13a rapidly rises and pressure in the compressor is balanced in a short time, so that the quantity of the lubricant entering into the back pressure room 13a can be restricted. As a result, noise due to the compression of liquid is reduced when the operation of the compressor is restarted.
