Abstract: A a cartridge type delivery valve assembly in which a valve seat surface and a valve are integrated in order to assure good seating characteristics in the delivery valve. The delivery valve assembly is formed by fixing together a valve holder provided with delivery holes, a roll valve that is mounted along the internal surface of the valve holder to freely open and close the delivery holes and a valve stopper that fixes the roll valve onto the valve holder and regulates the lift quantity of the roll valve, in an integrated manner using coupling members and the delivery valve assembly thus achieved is mounted in a valve insertion space.

Abstract: The outlet valves (20) for the compressor consist of a flat plate (30) rolled up into a cylinder leaving only a narrow slit (32) between the two adjacent edges the cylinder is pushed into a cylindrical bore in the wall of the compressor housing. There is a curved spring flap (40) inside the cylinder which is held by screws (70,71) and which bears against the inside surface of the cylinder. Air from the compressor flows though a bore (31) into the cylinder and blows the valve flap away from the inside wall of the cylinder. If the air tends to blow back into the compressor, the valve flap seals tightly against the inside of the cylinder.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of a refrigerant by reducing airtight positions and prevent the burning of a rotor without applying a surface treatment to a side block. SOLUTION: This vane compressor is provided with a cam ring 1, a front head 5 fixed to the front side end face 1a of the cam ring 1, and a rear head 6 fixed to the rear side end face 1b of the cam ring 1 to close the rear side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the rear side end face 2b of a rotor 2. A front side block 3 is stored in the front head 5 to close the front side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the front side end face 2a of the rotor 2. The front side block 3 is made of an iron material. Only the cam ring 1, front head 5 and rear head 6 are exposed to the outside space, the number of compressor components exposed to the outside space is reduced than the conventional example, and the seal positions between the components are reduced. Since the front side block 3 is made of the iron material, its sliding characteristic is good, and the burning of the end face of the rotor 2 can be prevented while no surface treatment is applied.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion into an opening and makes it difficult to remove from the opening by providing a small diameter drawdown from the inner diameter of the opening on the outer circumference face of one end of an elastic insertion part in a sealing cap made of the elastic insertion part to be pressed in the opening and a collar part to be fixed to one end thereof. SOLUTION: A sealing cap 1 is provided with an insertion part (elastic insertion part) to be pressed in an opening 11 formed in a housing 10 of a coolant compressor and a collar part 3 to be fixed to one end thereof and is provided with a snap part 5 for pulling out the insertion part 2 from the opening 11. An outer diameter D1 of this insertion part 2 is greater than an inner diameter d of the opening 11 by a specified quantity, the insertion part 2 is pressed in the opening 11 by means of specified engagement s, and a necking part 6 is provided on the outer circumference face of one end of the insertion part 2. This necking part 6, when the outer diameter thereof is D2, is formed so as to meet the relationship of D1>d>D2. Thereby, the insertion part 2 can be easily inserted into the opening 11 and is hardly removed from the opening.

The high-pressure gas blown out from a delivery port 16a near a front side member 25 directly flows the delivery chamber 10, the high-pressure coolant gas blown out from a delivery port 16b near the rear side member 20 flows the delivery chamber 10 through the delivery route 31, therefore, the blow-out resistance of the coolant gas blown out from the delivery port 16b near the rear side member 20 becomes small, and the coolant gas in the delivery space 1a flows the delivery chamber 10 smoothly.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformly apply plating to the top surface and rear surface of the head section of a vane by arranging one or more of vane in plating liquid and forming a coated layer on the surface of the vane with plating liquid stirred such that hard particles are blowed up. CONSTITUTION:Hard particles 23 are contained in plating liquid 22 mainly comprising Ni-P at the specified content ratio. A plurality of vanes are arranged with the top surface 8c of the head section of each vane B being at upper position and the rear surface 8b facing upward in the plating liquid 22, In the next step, the plating liquid is stirred such that the hard particles 23 are blowed up to form the coated layer of plating covering the portion from the top surface 8c of the head section of each vane 8 to the rear surface 8b. In such manner plating can be applied uniformly on the vanes.

The valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50 are inserted into a valve holder 30, and the locking projection 43 of the valve stopper 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 33 of the valve holder 30, and the valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50, which are temporarily assembled, and the valve holder 30 are assembled, and fixed by a screw as a connecting member so as to assemble a discharge valve assembly 20, which is integrally formed with the discharge hole 31, and the discharge valve assembly 20 is installed in a valve insertion space. With this structure, at the time of replacing the roll valve 50, a valve seat surface can be replaced at the same time.

An annular groove communicated with the guide passage 32 and a spiral groove for supplying lubricating oil into a back pressure groove 60 only when the driving shaft 7 is rotated, are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the plain bearing 9.
