본 발명은 소라 껍질을 상,하로 분할시킨 형태인 상부케이스와 하부케이스의 조립에 의하여 두족류 포획용 입구와 수용공간부가 제공된 제 1패각과, 상기 제 1패각의 내측 중심부에 배치되고 제 1패각의 수용공간부와 연이어지는 형태의 나선공간부를 제공하는 제 2패각으로 이루어지는 두족류 포획용 인공패각에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 제 1패각을 이루는 상부케이스와 하부케이스의 결합구조를 별도의 외부체결링을 사용하지 않는 끼움식 구조로 개선시키는 동시에, 밧줄의 결속을 위한 밧줄고리 역시 하부케이스와 일체로 형성시킴으로서, 인공패각의 제작에 필요한 부품의 개수 및 이에 따른 금형 비용을 최대한으로 줄이고, 인공패각의 조립작업과 밧줄의 결속작업을 보다 손쉽게 수행토록 하는 한편, 외부체결링이나 밧줄고리와 같� �� 소모품의 남용 및 밧줄고리와 제 1패각이 분리됨에 따른 인공패각의 불필요한 유실 또한 방지할 수 있도록 하며, 상부케이스와 하부케이스를 포함하는 제 1패각 및 제 2패각을 생분해성 플라스틱 소재로 하되, 각 부품의 정밀한 사출성형이 가능하고 인공패각에 요구되는 물성을 충분히 만족시킬 수 있는 수지조성물을 적용하는 등, 한층 더 경제적이고 실용적이며 친환경적인 제품을 제공할 수 있도록 한 두족류 포획용 인공패각에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aquaculture nitrogen removal (ANR) system which newly utilizes a carbon source for denitrifying a land fish farm and manages organic materials and nitrogen in waste water of the fish farm by accumulating nitrifying microorganisms at a high concentration in order to express optimal nitrification. A denitrifying tank for hydrolyzing and nitrifying organic materials in culturing water, which is a reactive tank for removing organic materials and nitrogen generated in the land fish farm, is connected with a nitrifying tank which can accumulate nitrifying microorganisms at a high concentration through a pipe. Particulate and dissolved organic materials in fed water are hydrolyzed in order to be utilized as a carbon source for nitrification, so that the organic materials can be effectively removed. The organic materials are preliminarily removed in subsequent nitrification, so that a low carbon/nitrogen ratio (C/N ratio) is maintained in the nitrifying tank. Accordingly, nitrifying microorganisms can be accumulated at a high concentration, and the ANR system can autonomously and biologically remove nitrogen without injection of an external carbon source.

The present invention relates to a submersible and floatable mobile open sea fish culturing holder device. More specifically, a holder frame of the holder device is installed in a frame structure having the shape of a submarine. Cone-shaped water current dispersing plates are installed on the front end and rear end of the holder frame, so that the holder device can be easily moved to a sea area needing the holder device so as to add fish to be cultured, ship cultured fish, or avoid red tides. Also, when the holder device is moved, the denaturing and hydraulic resistance of a holder net are minimized, so that stress to and death of fish can be prevented and the holder net can be prevented from being damaged. The internal space of the holder net is rationally compartmented, so that various species of fish can be cultured through one holder device. Submersible and floatable tanks and balance tanks which are compartmented into multiple compartments are respectively installed at the left and right bottom and the left and right top of the holder frame, so that the submerging and floating of the holder device can also be stably performed. A control house is installed at the top end of the holder frame, wherein the control house includes an electric power supplying tool, a submersible and floatable tool, an automatic feeder, and a control tool thereof. A communication antenna is installed to be connected with the control tool at the top of the control house, so that the holder device can be remotely controlled. Also, the holder device can be manually submerged and floated in an emergency. Consequently, the open sea culturing holder device can be safely and efficiently operated, and the productivity of culturing fish can be remarkably improved.

The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing Epinephelus bruneu from Epinephelus septemfasciatus and a kit thereof which use a D-loop region of mitochondrial genome sequences. The method for distinguishing Epinephelus bruneu from Epinephelus septemfasciatus includes the steps of: (a) obtaining biological samples from Epinephelus bruneu and Epinephelus septemfasciatus; (b) separating mitochondrial genome DNAs of Epinephelus bruneu from mitochondrial genome DNAs of Epinephelus septemfasciatus; (c) amplifying the D-loop region of genome DNAs; and (d) identifying the length of an amplified product.

According to the present invention, provided is a marine vessel access device, comprising: a blocking unit which suspends a jellyfish protector or a silt protector in a buoy providing buoyancy and allows the unfolded state to be maintained in water by arranging ballast in the lower end of the jellyfish protector or the silt protector; a frame for a gate which is integrally connected to the buoy on the water surface of the blocking unit and the jellyfish protector or a perforated portion of the silt protector and has a gateway to allow a vessel to be accessed; and a door which is installed to be rotated according to the access of the vessel on the gateway and forms one plane with the jellyfish protector or the silt protector to prevent a crack. According to the present invention, the marine vessel access device enables the vessel to be accessed in the sea where the jellyfish protector or the silt protector is installed.
