PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base vessel for laying a sheet and a laying construction method for a water-shielding sheet, which accomplish connection work with high reliability even on the base vessel. SOLUTION: The base vessel for laying the sheet has a working base 21 and since the water-shielding sheets A, A are joined on the working base 21 and the laying construction is performed, a heating means 22 for a curable type protection material which a joining part of the water-shielding sheets A, A is filled with, is arranged on the working base 21. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud taking-out method and its taking-out apparatus separating and taking out mud from muddy water, efficiently dewatering to a low moisture content, and forming the mud into a solidified state. SOLUTION: In this mud taking-out method, inside of a filter panel dipped in muddy water is evacuated; water is introduced into the filter panel using a negative pressure in the panel and mud filtered from the muddy water is made to attach on the surface of the filter panel; the filter panel is taken up from the muddy water to take out mud from the muddy water; the inside of the filter panel is kept evacuated for a given time after taking up the filter panel from the muddy water; and the surface of the filter panel is outwardly moved to drop mud from the surface of the filter panel. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an IC tag integrally with a resin product to be freely separated and segregated. SOLUTION: At least one side of the IC tag 5 is inserted into an ejection mold in a state that it is pasted to a reinforcement layer 8 via ultraviolet degradation type adhesive layer 7 and molds the resin product. Or, one side of the IC tag 5 is pasted onto the reinforcement layer 8 via the ultraviolet degradation type adhesive layer 7 and inserted into the ejection mold in a state that it covers a cover layer without sticking the other side, and the resin product is molded. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for placing and cutting a drain material for ground improvement, and the ground improvement method, in which a placing device for placing the drain material in the ground can also be used as a cutting device, the drain material can be surely cut in the ground, and the work efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: The device 1 for placing and cutting the drain material for the ground improvement can place the drain material 13 in the ground 2. The drain material 13 has a cut part S1 which can be cut by a predetermined tensile force. The device 1 can also cut the cut part S1 by applying the predetermined tensile force to the drain material 13. The device 1 comprises a cylindrical casing member 16 having a hollow part inside. The drain material 13 is inserted into the casing member 16 to be movable in the longitudinal direction, and an anchor member 11 is engaged with the front end of the casing member 16. The device 1 further comprises a casing transfer means for inserting the casing member 16 into the ground 2 under pressure and pulling it out from the ground 2, and a drain material fixing means 25 provided in the casing member 16 to hold a part of the drain material 13 in the hollow part in a sandwiching manner. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrating apparatus efficiently dehydrating sludge to a low moisture content, and smoothly discharging dehydrated and solidified sludge to the outside with a reduced energy consumption. SOLUTION: This dehydrating apparatus comprises: a flat frame body; a cylindrical air-permeable filter medium along the inner peripheral face of the frame body; a water guiding panel provided with grooves in a vertical direction on a face in contact with at least the flexible filter medium, in which its lower part is exposed from the lower part of the frame body and which is attached to front and rear wall inner faces; a bottom lid pinching the lower part of the flexible filter medium at the lower part of the frame body to close it; a moisture absorbing panel provided in parallel with the front and rear wall inner faces roughly at the center in the cross direction in the body; a suction pump sucking inside of the water absorbing panel; an air sending pump in the water absorbing panel; a selector valve connecting one of the suction pump and air sending pump to the water absorbing panel; and a water permeating sheet separated from the surface of the water absorbing panel when air is sent into the panel.
