Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hull board emitting far-infrared ray and a producing method thereof are provided to use resource effectively for producing a value added product and to be used in a house for enhancing health of people. CONSTITUTION: A hull board of intermediate density is produced by using MDI(Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate) resin at a temperature of 171°C, amount of resin of 12%, and pressurizing time of 7 minutes or by using urea resin or tannin resin at a temperature of 171°C, amount of resin of 18%, and pressurizing time of 5 minutes. Also, a hull-wood mixed board is produced by mixing the hull and the wood in the ratio of 25: 75 while crushing the hull for 1 minute at a crushing pressure of 25kgf/cm¬2. Therefore, the emitting rate of far-infrared ray is 89.5-96.1% at the wavelength of 6-18 micrometers.

자체 연소 반응법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)을 이용하여 산화규소(SiO 2 ) 분말로부터 고순도 규소(Si) 분말을 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산화규소(SiO 2 )와 마그네슘(Mg)을 1:(2∼2.5)의 몰비로 균일하게 혼합한 후, 4∼14t의 성형 압력을 가하여 압축시켜서 펠렛을 형성한다. 다음에는, 펠렛을 자체 연소 반응기 내로 장입하여 아르곤(Ar) 가스 분위기 또는 진공 분위기하에서 점화·연소시킨다. 그 결과로서 생성된 연소 생성물을 자체 연소 반응기로부터 취출하여 약 10∼50% 희석시킨 염산(HCl) 또는 황산(H 2 SO 4 )를 이용하여 1∼3시간동안 침출시킨다. 그런 후에는, 거름종이를 이용하여 침출물을 여과시키고, 여과물을 수차례에 걸쳐서 세척한다. 끝으로, 약 60∼70℃의 온도로 유지되는 건조기 내에서 규소(Si) 분말을 충분히 건조시켜서 순수 규소(Si) 분말을 얻는다. 이렇게 얻은 순수 규소(Si)는 99.988% 이상의 고순도를 나타낸다.

산화규소(SiO 2 )를 원료 물질로 사용하고 알루미늄(Al)과 탄소(C)를 첨가하여 반응물을 만든후, 자체 연소 반응법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)을 이용하여 Al 2 O 3 -SiC 복합분말을 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산화규소(SiO 2 ), 알루미늄(Al) 및 탄소(C)를 일정 몰비로 혼합한 후, 80MP의 성형 압력을 가하여 압축시켜서 펠렛을 형성한다. 다음에는, 펠렛을 자체 연소 반응기 내로 장입한 후, 400℃의 온도로 예열하여 반응물의 초기 온도를 높인다. 그런 후에, 아르곤(Ar) 가스 분위기하의 자체 연소 반응기 내에서 반응물을 점화·연소시킨다. 그 결과로서 생성된 연소 생성물 Al 2 O 3 -SiC 복합분말은 99.948% 이상의 고순도를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a hydroxamic acid type chelate resin, which has excellent heavy metal ion adsorption-capability and speed and thus is useful for purifying waste water and recovery of expensive heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a hydroxamic acid type chelate resin comprises the steps of: (a) carrying out suspension polymerization of ethyl acrylate with divinyl benzene in the presence of a diluting agent to obtain crosslinked poly(ethyl acrylate) resin matrix beads; and (b) reacting the crosslinked poly(ethyl acrylate) resin matrix beads with hydroxyl amine to form the hydroxamic acid type chelate resin. The method optionally further comprises the step of (c) treating the hydroxamic acid type chelate resin with an aqueous alkaline solution.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing NiZn-ferrite powder is provided, to obtain the NiZn-ferrite powder having a uniform particle shape and the uniform distribution of particle size and being free from the aggregation of particles. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S10) mixing FeSO4, NiSO4 and ZnSO4 powder; (S20) adding NaOH to the mixture to prepare a coprecipitation product; (S30) charging the coprecipitation product into a hydrothermal process reactor; (S40) stirring the coprecipitation product with maintaining the temperature of the reactor to be constant to react it; (S50) washing the synthesized one with dispersing it by ultrasonication; and (S60) drying the washed one. Preferably the temperature at the (S40) step is maintained to be 180-250 deg.C; and the drying is carried out at a temperature of 100 deg.C for 3 hours.

PURPOSE: A method for cross-linking a high density polyethylene by using the plasma reaction and a latent heat regenerating material prepared by using the method are provided, to obtain a high density polyethylene with a low surface charge which stores heat by the form of slurry. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of charging a high density polyethylene with flowing a carrier gas into a plasma reactor; fluidizing the high density polyethylene slurry by stirring it with a Teflon-coated magnetic bar to cross-link the high density polyethylene; and introducing fluorine from Teflon to modify the surface. Preferably the cross-linking process is carried out in the condition of an RF power of 30-300 W, a pressure of 0-350 mTorr, a treatment time of 30 sec to 120 min, and a rotation velocity of a magnetic bar of 50-1,000 rpm. The carrier gas is preferably argon. The plasma electron energy of a reactor is 0.1-10 and the electron density is 10¬9-10¬12 cm¬-3.

PURPOSE: An automated apparatus and method for predicting the delivery of a pregnant sow are provided to minimize the loss of nursing pigs, thus maximizing productivity and the convenience of management. CONSTITUTION: The automated apparatus for predicting the delivery of a pregnant sow comprises an optical sensor(7,8) for discriminating whether the sow stands or not; a camera(1,2) for attaining various images of the sow; a microphone(5) for attaining sound generated from the sow; and a control device(4) for predicting a delivery date by processing the sound and images if the sow lies, and determining whether there is a need to inform the delivery of the sow or not after comparing the delivery date with a predetermined time calculated by a farmer.

CONSTITUTION: The welfare robot to assist rehabilitation training for the walking handicapped person comprises the parts of: a wearing tool(10) which is worn to a human body for the walking handicapped person; an air tool(20) which is connected to the wearing tool; a detection tool(30) which is connected to the air tool to detect strength produced from the walking handicapped person; an elevation tool(40) which supports the wearing tool, the air tool and the detection tool and elevates vertically; a movement tool(50) which is connected to the lower part of the elevation tool to move the wearing tool, the air tool, the detection tool and the elevation tool; and a control tool(60) which controls the air tool, the elevation tool and the movement tool by the detection tool.

PURPOSE: A method for registering a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) in an asynchronous mobile system is provided to reserve radio resources after reflecting a mobile IP registration fail in a home agent. CONSTITUTION: A TE(Terminal Equipment)(10) transfers an AT(ATtention) command(100) to an MT(Mobile Terminal)(20) using a PPP protocol. Receiving the AT command, the MT(20) executes a bearer setup procedure(121). If the MT(20) transmits a PDP context activation request(101) to a packet exchange(30), the packet exchange(30) selects a suitable gateway/FA(Foreign Agent)(40) and transmits a PDP context creation request(103). At this moment, the gateway/FA(40) transmits a mobile IP protocol agent advertisement(106) to the TE(10) through a signaling channel, without responding to the request from the packet exchange(30). In the same manner, the TE(10) transmits a mobile IP registration request(107) to the gateway/FA(40) through the signaling channel. The gateway/FA(40) transmits this mobile IP registration request(108) to an HA(Home Agent)(50). The HA(50) appoints a fail or a success to a mobile IP registration response(109). Then the HA(50) transmits the mobile IP registration response(109) to the gateway/FA(40).
