PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium battery by mixing a pigment, a copolymer and a plasticizer in specified ratios, and preparing the melted body of the mixture followed by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: This method comprises preparing the melted body of a mixture containing, in a ratio of 1-100 wt.%, a mixture containing 1-95 wt.% of a pigment containing at least one of an electrochemically inactive solid having a primary grain size of 5 nm-20 μm, a compound capable of releasing Li ion in charging, and a compound capable of receiving Li ion in charging; 5-99 wt.% of at least one copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and 8-25 wt.% of hexafluoroproplylene; and 1-200 wt.%, to the total amount of the pigment and the copolymer, of a plasticizer containing two or more of seven kinds such as dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate and the like, and subjecting the melted body to extruding process. According to this method, a molded body, particularly, a film-like molded body can be produced.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter delivery device for a cutting machine for a tape type, belt type or film type product. SOLUTION: Circular cutters 4, 5 are fixed on upper part and lower part shafts 2, 3, their positions are reciprocally slipped in the axial direction to decide delivery of the cutters, electrical insulation between the upper part and lower shafts detects contact of the cutters during delivery, and accordingly, it makes possible to automatize delivery work. Additionally, it is possible to deliver each of the cutters or a cutter box type cutter so as to set delivery in accordance with a difference of speed of the upper part and lower part shafts. In this way, it is possible to use this mechanism as an all type cutting machine and to cut a thin uncovered or covered polymer film or metal foil.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll capable of saving a manufacturing cost, and having no disadvantage in manufacturing an adhesive strip with an identification code which is easily attachable to a tape roll. SOLUTION: In particular, a hub and a recording tape wound on the hub, an inexpensive adhesive seal strip cut in usable width and easy in handling, the tape roll having an integrated identification code inside, and a method of manufacturing this kind of tapes are provided. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a tray-like tape roll in taking up a belt-like or tape-like recording medium on a hub. SOLUTION: An outer cylindrical portion (2) and inner cylindrical portion (3) of the hub (1) for the belt-like or tape-like information medium provided with the interconnected outer cylindrical portion and inner cylindrical portion are connected to each other by three kinds of ribs (4, 5 and 6). The ribs (4 and 5) among these ribs extend diagonally with the direction oblique to the axis of rotation. The ribs (4 and 5) incline alternately oppositely with respect to the axis of rotation and exist in adjacent blocks. Respectively another rib (6) is disposed between a pair of the adjacent ribs (4 and 5) inclining oppositely and extending diagonally and the surfaces thereof are formed by the radial direction from the center point of the hub to the ribs (6) and the axis of rotation of the hub.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose magnetic recording medium having neither magnetic nor mechanical anisotropy, but being improved in wear resistance and having an excellent mechanical stability at the same time. SOLUTION: This medium is a magnetic recording medium which has at least two layers 9, 8 formed upper and lower, and the lower layer 8 contains acicular magnetic powder having a coercive force of 5-40 kA/m and magnetization of 20-70 nTm /g. While the layers are still in a wet state after they have been formed, they are subjected to a magnetic non-orientation processing of magnetic recording medium, and are made non-isotropic magnetically and mechanically. The magnetic recording medium thus manufactured is suitable for a floppy disk having a high storage capacity exceeding 100 Mbits.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the water resistance and humidity resistance of a recording material by adding a cationic mixed polymer having an epoxy crosslinkable carboxyl group, an epoxidized metal oxide and a water-soluble polymer to an inking layer. SOLUTION: An inking layer contains a cationic mixed polymer having an epoxy crosslinkable carboxyl group, a water-soluble polymer and epoxidized metal oxide. 30-60 wt.% of the epoxy crosslinkable carboxyl group-containing mixed polymer, 30-60 wt.% of the epoxidized metal oxide and 10-40 wt.% of the water-soluble polymer are pref. contained. The epoxy crosslinkable carboxyl group-containing cationic mixed polymer pref. has a structural formula represented by formula (wherein M is a carboxylic acid monomer; Z is a vinyl monomer, A is oxygen or nitrogen; R1 is H or CH3 ; R2 is a 2-8C alkyl group; R3 is CH3 , C2 H5 , C3 H7 or C4 H9 ; X is chloride or bromide and a is 10-50, 0-20 or 50-90 mol.%). In an example, a film layer is water-impermeable and forms a good image after a water-resistant test result.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish reduction in roughness of a coating tape and in generation of chips by providing thread type grooves formed on the circumferential face in a polishing member in the circumferential face structure. SOLUTION: On a circumferential face 7 of a polishing cylinder 5, ring type coaxial grooves 8, or thread-type or thread-shapedly arranged coaxial grooves are arranged. In the cylinder 5 provided with a diameter of 2r, which is a dimension to the outer circumference including the tips of respective projections positioned between the respective grooves 8. The grooves 8 are formed on the cylinder circumference face 7 while the cylinder 5 is rotated. Because of contact friction with the polishing member, the surface of a coating tape is heated in an extremely thin layer range, and peaks on a rough face are melted and fluidized so as to fill in valleys on the rough face, so that the surface is greatly smoothed.

SOLUTION: A taking-up arm is provided on a taking-up auxiliary device arranged against a reel or a coil pipe, the taking-up arm has a fixed taking-up surface 6 and at least one guide surface arranged near the taking-up surface 6 and vertically against the taking-up surface 6, and the guide surface is formed by guide discs 4, 4' supported free to rotate.
