    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel tank for gas fuel vehicles and a fuel charging method thereof. The fuel tank for gas fuel vehicles comprises: a cylinder which is a high pressure vessel made of a steel material to protect gas fuel stored therein from shock or vibration; a charging valve mounted outside the cylinder to charge gas fuel through a fuel inlet; and a multi-valve for drawing in and discharging the gas fuel charged inside the cylinder by pumping pressure of a fuel pump, wherein the multi-valve supplies the gas fuel charged through the charging valve to the fuel pump while gas fuel is charged. The fuel tank for gas fuel vehicles and the fuel charging method thereof according to the present invention can directly supply the gas fuel of low temperature charged in the cylinder to the fuel pump when gas fuel is charged in order to maintain the gas fuel charged in the cylinder and the fuel pump at the same temperature, thereby preventing a change in phase of the gas fuel.
