Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel for a vehicle is provided to diversify a design of the steering wheel and to improve marketability of a product by implementing various colors on the steering wheel and by improving durability of a grip body. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel for a vehicle comprises a rim, a hanging unit, and a grip body(20). The rim is formed in a circumference direction of an armature. The hanging unit is formed on the outer surface of the rim. The grip body is comprised by foaming a polyurethane material along the rim and is formed as different colors at each section by being divided into a plurality of sections. The grip body is formed in a shape which covers the hanging unit and is hung on the hanging unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A combining structure of an airbag module is provided to reduce a number of components and a cost by quickly and easily separating a cover and sharing combined elements of the airbag module. CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of an airbag module in an airbag comprises a cover housing(10), a mounting plate(30) and a fixing device(40). The cover housing is connected with a steering column while an airbag module(A) in a steering wheel occupies the center of the steering wheel. The mounting plate is combined with the cover housing through many fixing hooks(30b) while covering an airbag operating unit(20) in the cover housing. The fixing device combines and fixes the cover housing, the airbag operating unit and the mounting plate sequentially. Thereby, the transformation around an inflator by gas heat is minimized and the assembly and the separation are easily performed by combining many components for the installation of the inflator with one stud bolt.
