PURPOSE: A PCR test system for diagnosing melon nectrotic spot virus(MNSV) is provided to improve diagnosis detection and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing melon nectrotic spot virus is a primer combination of sequence numbers 3 and 13, sequence number 4 and 11, sequence numbers 5 and 18, sequence number 6 and 18, sequence numbers 6 and 19, or sequence numbers 7 and 17.

본 발명은 수박모자이크바이러스2와 종 특이적으로 반응하는 핵산단편에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1,2,7로 표시되는 염기서열, 그의 상보적인 염기서열 또는 이들 염기서열에 의거한 변이가 실시된 변형서열의 어느 하나의 핵산단편 또는 이들 핵산 단편의 특정 조합으로 구성되는 프라이머를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 항혈청을 이용한 진단방법보다 1,000배 이상 검출한계가 높으며, 지금까지 알려진 수박모자이크바이러스2의 모든 계통에 대한 검출이 가능하다. 또한 다른 관련 바이러스와의 비특이적 반응이 없어 훨씬 정밀하게 수박모자이크바이러스2의 감염여부를 진단할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A plant disease resistant inducer containing paromomycin is provided to reduce plant disease rate and to effectively reduce phytophthora blight or soft rot. CONSTITUTION: A plant disease resistant inducer contains paromomycin in a concentration of 0.1-1 ppm as an active ingredient. The paromomycin is isolated from Streptomyces sp. AMG-P1. The plant diseases include phytophthora blight or soft rot. The phytophthora blight and soft rot are caused by Phytophthora capsici and Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, respectively. A method for inducing plant disease resistance comprises a step of treating paromomycin to a plant or habitat thereof.

The plant diseases for applying the chemical are bacterial soft rot, bacterial wilt, phytophthora blight, or mosaic diseases.
