Abstract: 본 발명은 참깨단을 자동으로 이송하면서 탈립과정을 수행함과 동시에 참깨의 종실과 잎사귀, 꼬투리 및 이물질등이 각각 분리 수집되어 제공되는 참깨 자동탈립장치에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 종래의 참깨 탈립작업은 참깨단을 막대에 의해 일일이 타격하는 수작업에 의해 탈립작업을 수행하므로 작업성 및 참깨의 품질상에 문제를 갖고 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기한 종래기술이 갖는 제반문제점을 근본적으로 제거하고자 안출된 것으로서, 참깨단을 이송수단에 의해 자동으로 이송하면서 상,하로 진동작동하는 탈립수단에 의해 탈립공정을 수행하고 그 하부의 정선수단에 의해 분리수집되는 일련의 과정이 자동으로 이루어져 작업성 및 생산성이 우수하게 되고, 또한 상기 정선수단이 다단계의 망체로 된 요동체가 전후로 진동작동에 의해 참깨의 종실과 잎사귀, 꼬투리 및 이물질 등을 분리한 상태로 종실회수구에 의해 종실만을 선별하여 분리수집하게 되는 참깨 자동탈립장치를 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A loading and unloading device of heading leaf vegetables harvester is provided to facilitate the automatic and consecutive operation of loading and unloading heading leaf vegetables.
