Abstract: 본 발명은 영상처리장치에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 영상데이터의 세선화가 가능한 영상처리장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 영상데이터를 세선화하는 영상처리장치에 있어서, 원본영상데이터를 생성하는 카메라부, 원본영상데이터를 미리 설정된 방법에 따라 세선화하여 세선화영상데이터를 생성하는 영상처리부, 세선화영상데이터를 분석하여 하나 이상의 경로정보를 생성하고, 미리 설정된 방법에 의하여 생성된 경로정보 중 하나의 경로정보를 선택하여 상응하는 구동개시명령을 출력하는 제어부, 및 구동개시명령에 상응하여 동작이 개시되는 구동부를 포함하되, 영상처리장치는 구동부의 동작에 따라 물리적 동작이 수행되고, 영상처리부는 원본영상데이터에 포함된 영상블록을 세선화하는 과정에서 이웃한 다른 영상블록의 인접한 추가화소라인을 더 이용하여 세선화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상처리장치가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 세선화된 영상데이터의 연결성이 유지될 수 있는 영상처리장치를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: An image data processing device capable of thinning video data is provided to shorten the thinning processing time and to drive physical movement by analyzing thinned image data. A camera unit(120) generates original image data, and an image processor(130) creates thinned image data by thinning the original image data according to predetermined method. A controller(110) creates at least one kind of path information by analyzing the thinned image data, and outputs a driving initiation command by selecting one kind of path information among the plural kinds of the path information. A driving unit(150) initiates an operation by responding to the driving initiation command, and a physical operation is performed according to the operation of the driving unit.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for compensating the output signal of a magnetic encoder are provided to compensate output signal including noise through a signal compensation unit applying measured value residual gradient algorithm. An apparatus for compensating the output signal of a magnetic encoder comprises an analog circuit unit(2) controlling the size of a first and a second output signal outputted from the magnetic encoder, an A/D converter(10) converting the first and second output signal into a first and a second digital value, a digital filter unit(20) filtering the first and second digital values and outputting a first and a second measurement value, a signal compensation unit(30) which produces a plurality of offset variables by applying first and second estimation values, optimizes the first and the second measurement value according to the offset variables and outputs the first and second compensation values, and a pulse generating unit(40) producing first and second square wave based on the first and the second compensation value outputted from the signal compensation unit.

Abstract: An apparatus for detecting connected components in real time and a method therefor are provided to input and output images independently without using a universal processor. An apparatus for detecting connected components comprises the followings: a binarization portion which produces a binary image by binarizing an inputted original image according to a preset threshold value; the first detector(120) which receives the binary image and generates an index for a connected component; a representative value calculating unit(130) which produces a representative value list of representative values corresponding to each index; the second detector(150) which receives the index and representative value list and designates representative values of each connected component; and a re-arrangement unit(160) changing representative values of each connected component into successive values.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for tracking an object by using an active camera are provided to obtain an image tracking a moving object and coordinate information of the object from an inputted image, and implement the same simply with hardware. A camera image controller(110) outputs image information corresponding to an image inputted from a camera(10). An image storage memory(120) stores the image information. A background compensator(130) analyzes one or more image information stored in the image storage memory and compensates a change in a background according to the motion of the camera. An image subtracting unit(140) performs subtracting between a plurality of image information compensated by the background compensator. A particle filter(150) tracks an object by using the subtracted image. A camera motion controller(160) controls motion of the camera based on the object tracking results of the particle filter.
