    Abstract: A method for producing a cloned dog is provided to obtain a method for producing a cloned dog that produces an embryo in an optimal fusion condition. A preparing method of an embryo of a dog includes the steps of: preparing an enucleated ovum of an animal except for a human being; preparing a donor somatic cell; injecting minutely and electrically fusing the donor somatic cell; and activating the fused ovum. The electric fusion is conducted in a condition that the voltage is 3.8-5.0kV/cm. The electric fusion is conducted twice for 15-25mus by using a needle type electrode. The embryo is transplanted in an oviduct of a surrogate mother.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Transgenic cloned cow producing human erythropoietin and a method for producing the same transgenic cloned cow are provided, which method allows economic and effective production of various biomedicines, and facilitates production of human erythropoietin in cow's milk. CONSTITUTION: The nuclear transfer embryo produced by a fusion of a cow-derived enucleated oocyte with a nucleus of a cow-derived somatic cell transfected with a gene encoding human erythropoietin is provided, wherein the cow is an adult; the nuclear transfer embryo is SNU-B4(KCTC 10450BP). The method for producing a transgenic cloned cow expressing human erythropoietin in the mammary gland comprises the steps of: (a) introducing a gene encoding human erythropoietin into a cow-derived somatic cell line to prepare a nuclear donor cell; (b) removing cumulus cells surrounding a recipient oocyte and then the cytoplasm including the first polar body from the oocyte to prepare a cow-derived enucleated recipient oocyte; (c) transferring the transfected nuclear donor cell into the enucleated recipient oocyte and carrying out cell fusion to generate nuclear transfer embryos; and (d) transplanting the nuclear transfer embryo into a surrogate mother cow to produce live offspring.

    Abstract: A visualizing agent including a Janus green B and a visualizing method by using the same are provided to clearly visualize thread like structure by using the visualizing agent. A visualizing agent including a Janus green B uses for staining a Bonghan duct inside a lymphatic vessel. The visualizing agent is used for visualizing the Bonghan duct in situ or in vivo. The agent visualizes the Bonghan duct by heavier staining than other lymphatic tissue. The agent is a JGB containing solution. The JGB containing solution includes 0.01 to 10(w/v)% of JGB in ethyl alcohol or saline. A visualizing method by using the visualizing agent includes the steps of: injecting a Janus Green B(JGB)-containing solution into the lymphatic tissue to be stained; and conducting a microscopy observation. The microscopy observation is performed with a stereomicroscope, a light microscope, a confocal laser scanning microscope, or cryo scanning electron microscope.

    Abstract: Cloned Canidae and a method for producing thereof are provided to clone the Canidae by somatic cell nuclear transfer, so that the method is useful for propagation of excellent Canidae species and preservation of rare and endangered Canidae species.
