PURPOSE: A beverage for heavy metal detoxification containing a Smilax china extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer heavy metal detoxifying function of Smilax china to consumers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage for the heavy metal detoxification containing a Smilax china extract comprises the following steps: mixing Smilax china and water with a ratio of 1:1, and hot-water extracting the mixture at 85-95 deg C for 2-3 hours to obtain a Smilax china extract(S11); mixing dried Salicornia herbacea and water with a ratio of 1:1, and hot-water extracting the mixture at 60-85 deg C for 2-3 hours to obtain a Salicornia herbacea extract(S13); mixing Citrus unshiu and water with a ratio of 1:1, and hot-water extracting the mixture at 60-85 deg C for 2-3 hours to obtain a Citrus unshiu extract(S15); mixing 10-50 wt% of Smilax china extract, 1-5 wt% of Salicornia herbacea extract, 10-30 wt% of Citrus unshiu extract, 0.02-0.05 wt% of vitamin C, 0.01-0.02 wt% of grapefruit seed extract, 0.01-0.02 wt% of glycine, 0.1-1 wt% of sucralose, and 15-70 wt% of purified water(S17); and sterilizing the mixture at 95-100 deg. PURPOSE: A beverage containing sparassis crispa, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the pharmaceutical effect of the sparassis crispa to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage containing sparassis crispa comprises the following steps: obtaining sparassis crispa strains by cultivating hyphae of the sparassis crispa for 20~25days at 25deg C; passage culturing the sparassis crispa strains, and cultivating the strains into a liquid inoculum source; inserting the sparassis crispa strains into a medium formed with 30~50wt% of sawdust mixture containing pine tree sawdust, corn powder, and medium-strength flour, and 50~65wt% of water for obtaining a bag medium; sterilizing the bag medium, injecting the liquid inoculum source, and cultivating the sparassis crispa; sterilizing the obtained sparassis crispa using 120~130deg C steam, and cutting; drying the cut sparassis crispa, and roasting; crushing the roasted sparassis crispa, and adding diluted alcohol for extracting; filtering the obtained extract, and condensing; and adding purified water, liquid fructose, sugar, and citric acid into the extract.

PURPOSE: A cultivation method of functional mushroom with the enhanced calcium content is provided to obtain functional food for the growth acceleration and the prevention of osteoporosis. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of functional mushroom with the enhanced calcium content comprises the following steps; mixing 30parts of fermented sawdust by weight, 30parts of poplar by weight, 2.8parts of beet pulp by weight, 4parts of cotton seed meal by weight, and other materials; adding 8 kinds of calcium to the obtained base material; mixing the mixture with distilled water to make a culture medium; making a culture media bottle and a culture media tube with the medium; cooling the bottle and the tube by 15deg C; injecting sawdust inoculums into the cooled culture media bottle and tube; and cultivating mycelia, and growing mushrooms.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing natural dye using camphor tree and a dyeing method using the same are provided to ensure clear color and excellent product value by improving a dyeing property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing natural dye using camphor tree comprises the steps of: (S10) washing a collected camphor tree stem and removing foreign materials; (S20) pulverizing the washed camphor tree stem to the size of 2-10mm to form camphor tree powder; (S30) removing moisture and protein components by drying the camphor tree powder with hot-air at 100-180°C for 1-3 hours; (S40) mixing 3-7 weight% of the dried camphor tree powder and 93-97 weight% of alkaline water 93 with pH10-13 of acidity and heating the mixture at 80-100°C for 10-30 minutes to make dye extract; (S50) separating and removing solid camphor tree powder by filtering the dye extract; (S60) adding acid solution to the filtered dye extract and controlling acidity to pH 4-6; (S70) concentrating the neutralized dye extract at high concentration; (S80) freeze-drying the concentrated dye extract to remove moisture; and (S90) pulverizing the dye aggregated through freeze-drying to form dye powder.
