Abstract:
A notebook support made of fabrics is provided to carry it conveniently by using fabrics, and to easily come off the radiant heat of the notebook due to a porous multiple layer structure with good porosity. A surface layer(100) and a back layer(110) of a notebook support is made of fabrics of a hexagon mesh structure having porosity, has excellent air permeability and disperses the human weight. A porous structure of the surface layer and the back layer manufacture hole patterns identically or differently according to hole size, hole shape and hole number. If the hole size and hole number are increased, the air circulation becomes more smooth. A middle layer(120) of the notebook support steadily connects the surface layer and back layer by being formed with a x type cross structure.

The present invention relates to a vehicle mat with antimicrobial and anti-slip features. More specifically, the vehicle mat with antimicrobial and anti-slip features includes a base layer, a non-woven fabric layer which has a low melting point, and a carpet layer. The base layer and the non-woven fabric layer which has a low melting point are coupled using a press-heating method. The base layer is a fabric of a mesh structure manufactured using a double raschel method, and includes a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion horizontally. The middle portion is cut and the cut portion protrudes on the floor of the base layer.

PURPOSE: A functional mask and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which use microfiber or micro textured yarn and improve permeability, filterability, and hygroscopic property. CONSTITUTION: A functional mask manufacturing method comprises: a step(S100) of knitting yarn consisting of microfiber or micro textured yarn in the double raschel mode; a step(S200) of forming textile of a trilaminar structure by compressing the center of pile yarn; a step(S300) of processing base-dyeing; a step(S400) of printing a design to be expressed on the textile dyed and processed.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a double raschel mesh and a double raschel mesh thereof are provided to improve the texture of a surface and a design without exposing intermediate filaments which are overlapped on the bottom of a surface layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a double raschel mesh includes a step for guiding rear filaments forming surface filaments(164), intermediate filaments(163), and a rear surface layer to a needle group by a double raschel wrapping machine. The double raschel wrapping machine includes a plurality of guide needle groups consisting of a plurality of guide needles(111,112,113,114,115,116) and a plurality of needle groups weaving a double raschel mesh and located on each guide needle group.
