Abstract:
A biodegradable and thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) hydrogel is provided to be capable of forming a direct chemical bond or ionic bond with drugs, to release the drugs for a long time, and thus be useful as a delivery material for drugs. The phosphazene polymer represented by the following chemical formula 1 is prepared by the steps of: thermopolymerizing a phosphazene trimer to obtain a dichloro phosphazene linear polymer; reacting the dichloro phosphazene linear polymer with 0.01-1.9 equivalents of an amino acid ester or a salt thereof; reacting the product of the second step with 0-1.9 equivalents of amino acid, peptide, and depsipeptide ester, or a salt thereof; reacting the product of the third step with 0.01-1.9 equivalents of a substituent having a functional group of NH2(R6)(R7)(R8) or a salt thereof; and reacting the product of the fourth step with 0.01-1.19 equivalents of aminomethoxypolyethyleneglycol or a salt thereof.

본명세서에는이산화탄소로부터말라리아치료전구물질인아모파디엔을생산할수 있는형질전환된시네코코커스일롱게투스균주가개시된다. 상기균주는이산화탄소를탄소원으로사용하여아르테미시닌의전구체인아모파디엔을대량생산할수 있다. 또한, 상기균주는, 빛과대기중에존재하는이산화탄소를탄소원으로사용하여고가의아르테미시닌의전구체인아모파디엔을생산하기때문에경제적이며, 미생물을사용하여, 대기중의이산화탄소를제거또는저감하는데활용될수 있으므로, 친환경적이다. 또한, 균주배양에기후의영향을받지않기때문에안정적으로아모파디엔을생산할수 있는이점이있다.
